Modern Studio Apartment in Heart of CWE

The location with a view of the Basilica from the window was wonderful. Easy walking to Whole Foods and restaurants and cafes. The place was spotless and comfortable.

The perfect place for a short trip for 1-2 people! In such a cute neighborhood for walks and close to some coffee places and other restaurants! It felt super clean and the quality of everything there didn’t feel cheap (the bed was very comfy!!). The only downside is parking, which is street parking and it’s usually filled, and the main door to enter the hall that leads to the unit is always unlocked .. despite this I still felt safe b/c the deadbolt to lock the door.

Beautiful apartment! Walkable to Whole Foods, and First Watch for breakfast, and Drunken Fish sushi for dinner. A quick uber to The Hill & to the ballpark. Love the CWE & this is the perfect location for a stroll in this historic, beautiful neighborhood.

Fantastic stay with many amenities. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. The place was clean and welcoming. Felt like a little apartment, we were extremely happy with our stay. A short walk to Whole Foods, Walgreens, and the tram. Short Lyft to downtown attractions as well.

Property was well maintained and clean. Alan was easy to deal with and responsive to our needs. I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay, everything we needed was there! Hopefully we will stay again! It was very clean! we enjoyed walking to food establishments in the neighborhood.

Beautiful studio apartment. Quiet, pristinely clean, and beautifully laid out for a small space. We loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. Our only suggestions would be to have a third bath towel, one more set of hooks on the wall in the bathroom, and either a small dresser or shelving for clothes in the closet, and a luggage rack for a suitcase. (I like to unpack during stays, but there was no place to put clothing.) Also maybe a small comfy chair in the corner of the living room area- our kids came over and we could not fit all of us on the couch and the bar stools were not comfortable for long periods. Other than that, we loved the apartment and the beautiful neighborhood close to Forest Park, the Basilica, Whole Foods, and good restaurants. Very walkable. Thank you to host Alan for his quick responses. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to St. Louis!

You can't go wrong with this beautiful studio. It was very well furnished and very clean. We used the W/D while we were there. Had several walks to the shopping area with Whole Foods store and restaurants. Great location. Spring for the parking @ only 5 per night.

It felt like home. Everything about our stay was comfortable and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. I honestly can't say one thing negative.

The efficiency rental was just as advertised… up to date, clean, well appointed, and in a great location! Would book again for sure!

Clean, comfy, just right for the two of us for a few nights. Safe neighborhood. Communicating payment for reserved parking spots was tricky, but other than that it was all good!

Great stay

This was a really nice stay! The place was exceptionally clean, even the stairwell. It was easy to get in and out, and there was easy parking. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Nice shower. The only complaint is that the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. Other than that, it was a nice stay!!

Modern, clean, manager was quick to respond to questions, good Central West End location. We recommend this apartment.
