Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place with a new addition - an outdoor hot tub! Our gorgeous home in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is perfect for the city dweller who loves being close to it all. Meticulously designed and renovated, featuring custom high-end finishes, luxury flooring, and beautiful landscaping. Walk to favorite coffee shops and restaurants, minutes from downtown attractions. After exploring downtown, unwind in our luxurious hot tub near the deck.<br>
The space is a residential home on a corner lot. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and free parking.
Guests have their own private entrance and will be given a code upon arrival.

I respect the privacy of guests. However, I like to meet and get to know people whenever possible. If you need anything, I am usually nearby and can be reached through the app.

The neighborhood is zoned commercial and residential. Many shops, restaurants, and bars are nearby. Be aware that there is a lot of foot traffic in the area, so be careful not to leave visible belongings, especially if parking in the street.
Pet Policy:
• Fee: $20 per pet, per night.
• Max 2 pets under 50 lbs, no cats.
• Approval needed for exceptions.
• Only house-trained pets allowed.
• Crate pets if left unattended.
• No pets on furniture or beds.
• Clean up after pets (waste bags provided).
• Extra charges for damages or excessive cleaning.
• Pets must stay on property if unleashed—no digging or damage to landscaping.
• Wash pets outside in summer; use designated towels. Avoid using the Bathtub.

House Rules:
• Avoid Eating or Drinking in the Bedrooms
• Avoid flushing feminine products to keep our plumbing running smoothly.
• No Smoking, Parties/Events, or Unauthorized Pets

Vrbo, Booking, and Direct Bookings:
• A $250 refundable security deposit will be placed as a hold on your credit card at check-in.
• This is a pre-authorization only (no money is charged unless there are damages or extra fees).
• The hold remains for up to 7 days and is automatically released if no issues are reported.
Airbnb Bookings:
• Airbnb does not allow security deposit holds before check-in.
• Instead, any necessary damage claims will be processed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center after check-out.

Violation Fees
• Party Fee: $3000
• Smoking Fee: $1500
• Unauthorized Pet Fee: $500
• Unauthorized Late Checkout: $50/30 min.

    This day was absolutely perfect in every sense possible. Had a business trip where I needed to finish a project for multiple weeks. The place was clean, perfect location, and the host was so easy to communicate with.     This property worked out quite well for our group who has been doing an annual trip for about 30 years. So we have a little experience in terms of stained and different ski towns. This location was reasonably close to Utah's airport light rail, close to a WinCo and a Walmart for grocery shopping, and a very well decorated, cozy place. Everything that we needed was available in our stay was problem-free. The owner of this place did not seem to spare any expense for amenities like towels, what nice thick fluffy towels. There was a Keurig coffee maker, an interesting microwave, and all of the things one would expect for visiting to visit the ski resorts. The pictures were a fair representation of the property.
