Welcome to Park Place! Private and centrally located guesthouse nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Restaurants & grocery stores are within 5 min to Sugar House or Brickyard. Our famous ski resorts are within 30 min. There is plenty of on-street parking. Great WiFi, a well-stocked kitchenette, dedicated workspace with sit/stand desk and office chair, TV & surround sound. Fully enclosed backyard with shared sitting area and table (summer time) to enjoy.

Enjoy comfort and convenience in this brand-new space featuring a king-size memory foam mattress for restful nights, and a 55 Smart TV with Sony surround sound for an immersive entertainment experience. The dedicated workspace with a height-adjustable standing desk and ergonomic office chair ensures productivity. The kitchen is outfitted with a two-burner cooktop and an air fryer since there is not an oven for all your cooking needs. Stay comfortable year-round with the Mini Split heating and cooling system, and enjoy fast, reliable WiFi. With great restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportation (TRAX) just minutes away, everything you need is at your fingertips!

The private entrance is through the shared backyard. Enter through the front gate and follow the sidewalk to your own stand alone guest house. During the summer there is a patio table and lounge chairs. There is a grill you are welcome to use all year long.

The unit has a tankless water heater which is perfect for taking hot showers. If the hot water is turned on in the kitchen or bathroom sink while the shower is running the water tempature goes down slightly.

    Great unit, centrally located for skiing cottonwood canyons ski areas, plus easy access to downtown. Very quiet, clean and private. Great Host as well. We CX will be back.
