Modern Luxury SanFran Casa Steps From GG Park, Ocean, Stores, Public Transit

Very clean property, well maintained and good location.

Clean and modern, I wouldn’t consider it “luxury”. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable for me, too hard.

We had an amazing experience. Definitely will attend again.

We were a party of three and found the accommodations very nice for a budget friendly stay. The location was a big plus—close to the beach and convenient transportation, which made getting around and parking although a bit of a hasell was always available, free which is a hard find in SF.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and very comfortable

Immaculately clean, well stocked, organized for ease - and for my purposes, well located. Friendly and responsive owners. I traveled on my own and felt very comfortable with the neighborhood (quiet and well tended) and ease of getting around the city. Good choice and fairly priced.

Amazing house and awesome location for the beach and Golden Gate Park. Quiet spot with tons to do nearby. Grocery store close if you’re looking to cook, and lots of restaurants if you want to eat out. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to anywhere in San Francisco you’d like to go. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful with everything. Easy and ideal spot to stay.

The ghost is very nice and gracious. The apartment had everything we needed.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The Muni L train is very close, making it easy to get to and from downtown. Safeway is about 3 blocks away.

Owners were very informative, friendly, and easy to contact. Very nicely appointed apt with many amenities. Quiet neighborhood and parking was ample on the streets.

My sweetheart and I stayed at Alix & Lina's for 4 nights. It was immaculate and very easy to stay organized. Our hosts were gracious, reviewing everything we might have questions about during our stay. The location was convenient to the places we planned to visit. I highly recommend this apartment in the city.

Great place and comfortable

We spent a long weekend visiting family so did not take advantage of the beautiful kitchen in this lovely immaculate apartment. Loved the rain shower! Thanks Alex and Lina!

Clean, comfortable, great hosts

Alex and Lina were wonderful hosts. Alex met us upon arrival and walked us through the AirB&B. The place was spotless and beautiful. We were in walking distance to a grocery store and 7 Eleven. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Communication with our hosts was great. Alex was quick to return text messages and there was also a white board to leave a message if needed. We loved SF and our stay was complete with our stay at this lovely location.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. It is in a fantastic location- easy to get everywhere but very calm and quiet. The neighborhood is extremely safe, too! As a woman traveling alone, that was a big plus. Communication was clear and informative, and I knew that help was available if I needed it. The keyless entry was WONDERFUL- it made life very easy. This was my first time back in San Francisco in several years; thanks for helping to make the visit so special ?.

Weather was perfect The place was clean, new, plenty of space. With the owners right up stairs, you would have never known. Very quiet, very little interaction ( good thing) respected my privacy when we did speak they were very polite and accommodating.. I would recommend to others 1 or 2 people max ,and I will rent again Perfect location!

Very clean, easy access, in a nice quite neighborhood. Communication was always fast and they did everything possable to make our stay comfortable. Loved that it was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in doing on our honeymoon. Parking was easy enough on the street, only once parking 1/2 bock away.

This property was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The location made it easy to use public transportation. We were able to go to the city, park and ocean. Alex and Lina were very prompt with their communications. We would stay here again.

Alex was such a nice host. We enjoyed walking to dinner one night, and walked down almost to the beach one morning and found a cute street fair. Very clean apartment and nice neighborhood, loved the bathroom with a rain shower head, both the futon and master beds were comfy as well.
