Modern Franklin Studio: Prime Downtown Location!

Property was convenient to shopping and dining . Excellent stay

The apartment was very accommodating and it had all the amenities needed.We had a great experience with downtown Franklin being steps away and the ruby drop on the 31. We had local friends stop by that recommended this and we gathered and had a great time. Thank you! 2024/25

Beautiful place with Mountain View’s!!

Property was exceptionally appointed and exactly as depicted in the pictures. As soon as we booked, owner began communicating and engaged again right before check-in. Can’t beat the convenience of the location. Walk to everything in town. Balcony space is lovely with the mountains in the background. Franklin is one of our favorite places and we would definitely book this property again!

These photos do not capture all the luxury details! I’m kind of a VRBO expert and this is one of my absolute favorites! The location was perfect in this idyllic American town full of thriving shops and friendly people. Surrounded by Mountain Views and fun things to do, but still looked forward to returning “home” every single time. Just booked again for next year!

Visiting Franklin, NC a few times a year, I had been watching this place for quite some time.Each cabin/home I have stayed in had its own charm, but nothing compares to this experience.Not only was the kitchen state of the art as you may have read in other reviews, it was the location, the hospitality, and immense attention to detail that made this stay one of the best I have ever encountered.The most beautiful decor, cleanliness and thoughtful gifts are just a few highlights of how eloquent and impressive your surroundings will be.For those who may understand the Wi-Fi that surrounds the city, or the lack there of, here you will have no problem.I highly recommend that you experience this unique and special location.

Everything about this place is amazing, from the comfortable bed to the heated bathroom floors. They had all you could need and more. They even left a “spa” basket, snacks and bottle of wine. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay in downtown Franklin.

I hesitate to even say how amazing this place is because I frequent this town and I don’t want it to book up for the dates I’ll eventually want to come back! That bed… We literally looked it up so we could look into buying the zero gravity system for our own mattress… it’s amazing. That was the most comfortable sleep situation I’ve probably ever had in my life. The bunk room is truly its own bedroom, but I assume they can’t call it a bedroom because there is no true closet. That was no issue at all for us as it’s a big room and they have a dresser and luggage wrack in there (and my 6 year old kid was the one sleeping in there so let’s get real he’s not hanging anything anyway). The tub is deep and the heated floors in the bathroom are heaven. The “extra” amenities are above and beyond (I’ve managed luxury vacation rentals for a property management firm on 30A for the last 20 years and this is truly above the highest lux expectations!!) we can not wait to return. My only suggestion is that porch furniture would be a plus! Looking to rebook with you again soon- thanks SO MUCH Robert!!
