Stayed Dec 1, 2025The property was exactly what I was looking for. Small, but felt spacious and had all of the amenities I needed when spending a week in Yuma for work. It’s quiet, parking is easy and the host Casey was very responsive!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025The space was bright and clean with modern and simple decor. The parking was directly at the door. I loved that I wasn't in a hotel sharing space with other guests and that I could visit a historic museum with walking trails on the river just 5 minutes away. It was very quiet and peaceful even though it was on the back of main street buildings. There were a couple of good walkable restaurants. Casey was responsive and friendly. I would 100% stay there on my next visit.

Stayed Sep 9, 2025Super clean and very spacious, like it was just renovated yesterday. This may be the only option for staying in Yuma's historic downtown. You can easily pay twice as much to stay several blocks from the action and without any privacy. I loved the giant patio. So enjoyable on a warm summer night with a light breeze.

Stayed Oct 6, 2024Right in the heart of downtown Yuma but also very quiet and peaceful! The perfect space to walk around historic Main Street and enjoy the many restaurants, shops, and theaters. The space is very clean and looks brand new - you cannot beat the value this place offers in this location.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This rental made my stay in yuma amazing. It was very clean and even came with an ice maker, a lifesaver in the heat. There were no problems and the manager communicated promptly and was great. I can not recommend this stay more.
