Modern Blues - Downtown Location with Parking

Excellent Location! I came for the Azalea Festival so navigating and checking in with luggage was a little tricky! Very spacious condo! Things to note: Bed was very firm. There was no give. For those who like a softer mattress. Also, beware of the Rooftop Bar if you’re a light sleeper! Bar closes at 2am and you will hear music and bass all night. At least for weekend stays! Even still - If you’re looking for a spacious and clean place in the heart of downtown, this one is it! Well appointed with anything you would near, tons of space, and perfect location!

The building itself is in ideal location, next to restaurants, bars, and shopping. It was very clean and beautifully decorated and honestly had anything you could think of, however, we will most definitely never return. In the description, it does say there is a rooftop bar and thereWill be noise, however, no one could have prepared us for the level of noise. It was well after 2am before the thumping, loud taking, laughing stopped. The rooftop bar was located on the 5th floor, we were on the 3rd. We could hear actual conversations. The first night there was a sorority party and was filled with heards of disrespectul young adults who literally ran over me trying to get out of the incredibly small elevator. I am positive that their parents would have been extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how they acted, I know I would. The bed had no give whatsoever. It literally felt like a cement brick. Couldn’t even lay on it. The floor had more give than the bed. We had to sleep on the couch, which resulted in neck and back pain. The stay was absolutely miserable. 1 of 5 stars at most.

This place was clean and neat with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay !

This is a condo located in the historic district of Wilmington. Once you are inside, it’s another world. Very nicely done with typical amenities. Parking is a plus and you can walk to excellent restaurants within minutes.

Cool place

My stay Downtown Wilmington at hit the sak was amazing. The location was perfect, you’re within walking distance to so many great shops, restaurants, and bars! The condo was super clean and spacious, Jody was a wonderful host always replied back in a timely matter and answered all question. If you get a chance to stay here I would jump on the opportunity.

The condo is top notch. From the layout to the decor to the location, I'm not sure what else you could want from a rental property. Would highly recommend staying here when in the area. The owner was also extremely responsive when I had questions.

This property was such a neat to stay in. Located in such an awesome area with restaurants and shopping so nearby. I parked my car when I got here and walked everywhere I needed to go for my days here. Definitely would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here. All food and coffee was within easy walking distance. The condo was quiet and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Location was perfect for downtown activities. Place was really well done - clearly updated, great design, well appointed. The only small negatives were some inconsistent wi-fi and some late night music from the rooftop bar. Neither were bad enough to dampen our fun.

Nice place with tall ceilings in a great location downtown. A lot of places with in walking distance. The parking garage was right across the street very convenient with the parking pass provided.
