Stayed Aug 25, 2025The apartment is in a historic building that's been nicely renovated. Other than some normal signs of wear and tear and the age of the building itself, the apartment is nice and very comfortable. The location is perfect for families, and the host is very responsive to messages and requests. (We ended up staying out very late in Wildwood - about an hour drive from Atlantic City - with our six-year-old son the night before checkout, so the host was kind enough to allow us to check out an hour later the next morning.) There was plenty of space for us to spread out, everything was clean, and there was a good view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the balcony and the living room, which we loved! The boardwalk really was only steps away. Many of the casinos and some good restaurants were within walking distance as well. The only down sides were that the building had no elevators (the stairs were a little hard for my elderly mother to navigate), and there was no street parking. However, the Stockton University public parking garage was easy to use and was right off the boardwalk several blocks away. My husband and I enjoyed our walks to and from the parking garage. We were also able to temporarily pull into a little alley next to our building to load and unload when we needed to. We just left our flashers on and didn't stay there long, so we were never ticketed. This is definitely a great place for large families or groups who just want some fun time on the beach!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023The property check-in time was at 4pm. I arrived around 4:50pm and when my family and I walked into the apt. the cleaning crew was still there cleaning and said they weren’t expecting us. They told us we can wait downstairs and give them about ten minutes to finish. Once they left and we then entered inside, we found that the floors was left dirty… it was very, very dusty, our foot bottoms were constantly black, as if they forgot to sweep and mop the floors. The sheets on the bed was soiled (many of them) and inside one of the shower looked like someone was standing inside of it with dirty foot prints left behind. This is why I’m rating this property 3 stars for cleanliness. Also, the parking situation was unclear and we got parking tickets. The apt. itself was pretty, comfortable and the layout was nice. And yes, it truly is just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and over to the beach.
