Guests will enjoy self-check-in with a convenient smart lock, ensuring a smooth and flexible arrival. You’ll have full access to the entire apartment, providing complete privacy and comfort during your stay.



The building includes elevator access to your floor for easy entry. Feel free to take advantage of all amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry facilities, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: A $69 protection fee is applied per reservation and covers accidental damages up to $150.

We do not offer on-site parking; however, there are paid parking options available nearby, including on surrounding streets within close proximity.

Guest Verification:

To comply with legal and property security rules, you may be asked to:

• Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID

• Confirm your contact info

• Complete our verification portal ✔️

• In some cases, undergo a background check

• Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.



Important: Your info is collected only for verification and screening and is not stored or used for other purposes.



Rental Agreement: By booking, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms & conditions ✅

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in

• Complete a background check if required

• Understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is complete

• All guests must provide required info within 24 hours of booking

• Same-day bookings: info needed within 1 hour

• Reservations may be canceled if verification criteria are not met ❌

Pets are allowed depending on size—please let us know in advance and be upfront to avoid cancellations.
