Basic, but as advertised

Exceptional property!! Beautiful rooms. Very clean, fresh smelling rooms that were perfect for my young children. I also loved the decor and hotel like amenities. Would definitely rebook. Great place location. There was a little bit of confusion about the how to get to the paid parking space so it’d be nice if there was a one-sheet of clearly written info on access to parking garage for those paying for parking. Other than that it was fantastic! Thanks!!!

Nice apartment - good for cooking, nice kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment had good light. The parking was covered and, in a garage, so very secure. This was great for moving my college student out of her dorm at Stevens. Everything was smooth with check-in - we had a nice Stevens student who helped us. He was great! It is in walking distance of Stevens and the train station - about a 20 minute walk.

location is a little far but unit is roomy n clean.

My wife and 2 Daughters stayed to experience NY. Jackson met us at the property and made the check in process easy. Parking in the garage was idea for us as we’re from the mid west and no use to the busyness of the city. Apartment was spacious and clean. We walked to downtown Hoboken and found it easy to get around. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the city. I would stay here again with out a doubt.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Hoboken. Place was bright and sunny overlooking a park. Very walkable neighborhood and easy in and out to NYC. Property management was excellent. Beds were comfy and it had all we needed for staying 3 weeks including an in unit washer and dryer. Would stay again!!!

Stayed here for a family trip to New York. Easy commute with multiple transit options. Apartment was nice and clean. Customer service was exceptional making check in a breeze and providing additional services.

Great apartment. very good location, it had everything we needed.We were able to enjoy our long weekend celebrating my daughter's wedding. Highly recommended!!!

Excellent property, spacious, clean and well appointed. Close to light railway and free bus service which gave easy and cheap access to Manhatten.

Nice property, host was not super helpful with any direction for newcomers as to where any local spots might be, how to get around town and over to manhatten, where to eat, where the subway was, grocery and liquor stores etc. Being our first visit would have been super helpfuloufvvistvisit...areaarewould have been

The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities as promised. While the sofa bed may not be the most comfortable, the regular beds were excellent. The unit also had a full-size washer and dryer, and there were plenty of dishes provided. It was an easy walk to Washington Street, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants. There's a grocery store nearby and a convenience store right across the street. Additionally, buses that take you to Manhattan are conveniently accessible. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting NJ or NYC!

This was a perfect way to catch up with cousins from out of town. We were close to NYC and had a nice kitchen /living room to hang out at the end of the day . Modern and clean.
