Stayed Apr 27, 2025As someone who has been visiting Wilmington for 20 years, I can say this is easily my favorite place to stay. The hosts were terrific with providing all information needed as well as working with me regarding check-in. The apartment is nice and neat, and had everything I needed, as well as being the perfect location if you want to enjoy the amazing downtown Wilmington has to offer.I will definitely be staying here in the future!

Stayed May 23, 2024The place is cozy with a comfortable bed and pretty dark curtains to keep hallway lights out of bedroom. Place was clean and shower was stocked with towels and hair/body wash products. Water pressure was good. The location is very close to downtown proper. Very short 5ish min walk to the riverwalk. It’s also a super short walk to Banter & Hidden Grounds coffee, which is nice for 1) quick nightcap 2) early morning coffee grab before lines. Speaking of walking around, I never felt unsafe walking back to the rental at 12-1 AM. Host was very communicative and attentive. There was an ac issue which was reported to us quickly, and a solution created just as fast.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Fantastic! Location was so close to the river walk and local attractions. The apartment provided everything you could want and more, coffee, condiments, extra towels, toilet paper etc! One of my absolute favorite places we have stayed!

Stayed Feb 23, 2024Hi, nice spot and stay in Wilmington. The late night music/bass noise was the only downside, but I figured out ways to get sleep. Very clean, good location to the main historic downtown and restaurants. Easy and simple. Thanks again!
