Moab Flats ~ 8, Southwest Luxe. Escape from the worries of the world

Property was nicely designed, small kitchen had everything we needed. Space was clean. Overall great experience. Was just a bit warm, but the fan in the master bedroom helped.

Hot tub was closed by the health department. Everything else was great. Grill worked well. I would stay there again.

Nice to be out of a hotel

Good location. Murphy bed is only for a kid. You can really hear the hall noise in the mornings, impossible to sleep through. Need a mirror somewhere outside of the bathroom and more towel hooks.

The location was great, the place was clean, and the hot tub was a plus.

Only 2 notes for the owner / manager.1. FOR 200 a night - SINGLE PLY PRISON TOILET PAPER- was unexpected and very rough and unpleasant to use.2. More of a suggestion have a list of easy local trails or your favorite restaurants .

Great property and price.

I'd rate this overall very good. There were just a few small things that kept it from being excellent — primarily the air conditioning. They advertise A/C, but you have to keep the temp at a range of 72 to 76. Since it was muggy but not super hot, we couldn't use the AC to dehumidify the flat, so sleep was uncomfortable for my very heat-sensitive husband. I also think that perhaps the on-demand hot water heater (a fabulous feature) was leaking a little gas because any time it ran, the whole flat stank. We let them know about that, so hopefully they fixed it. As a base of operations for hiking, off-roading, and visiting national parks with easy access to downtown Moab, too, it couldn't be beat. I thought it was pretty good, but if you're super heat-sensitive like my husband, you might want to stay somewhere else.

Location was good - walk to town. There was an odor in the bathroom, we never could get the TV in the living area to work despite the directions and your throw pillows (which you point out in your description) are really worn and need to be replaced. Our main draw to this place was the outside amenities. The fire pit & hot tub were nice but the overall cleanliness was dirty and messy (not like the pictures showed) especially the chair cushions and grill. The grill was quite filthy and we had to clean it before we would even consider using it. Using a leaf blower a couple of times a week would make a big difference.

A fantastic location, clean, beautiful condo. Simple check in process. 1 block off Main from Zax and super walkable to downtown. Will come back!

Location was great. The place was pretty much as advertized. The kitchen light needed replaced and the host said they'd take care of it but did not. Also the bathroom smelled a bit and we had to leave the window open.

Perfect for a quick mountain biking trip. Great location with bike storage and a hot tub. Had everything we needed.

Exactly what we needed for the week while visiting National Parks in the area. Host was extremely helpful.
