    This was the perfect spot for our Arches family vacation!! It’s centrally located in town with great food and shops just a short walk away. The park was a 15 minute drive and easy to access. Honestly wish we had spent more time in Moab. The only feedback is the Murphy bed… the mattress was very uncomfortable. So my eldest just slept on the comfy couch instead.

    We stayed one night. All exactly as listed. Clean, neat, tidy. Some traffic noise in daytime but very quiet at night. Strong points: back yard, washer/dryer, bike lockup, central location. We liked being able to walk to dinner and morning coffee. We would stay again.

    This property is perfectly located to explore Moab and the surrounding parks and trails. We enjoyed being walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The amenities were adequate but could use a little attention. The bed linens and pillows could use updating. There was a sewer gas odor coming from the shower that would resolve when the drain was plugged so there is something going on there and the lamp in the living room was broken with the top leaning to the side for our entire stay. Just needs a bit of tending. Overall enjoyable time

    Clean property with everything we needed for our trip. We especially enjoyed the bike wash/storage area and the hot tub. Central location within walking distance distance to everything. The only downside was the noise but that comes with staying in a busy touristy town!

    Clean, well appointed. Manager responded to a couple of minor concerns.Easy parking, walk to town, great backyard for activities. Occasional street noise but overall quiet. Can hear others in the complex thru the walls and the bathroom had a “sewer” type smell, annoying Would stay again.
