Unit 2 Mistral Court is a very attractive unit on the 1st floor with an open plan living/dining area which leads to the balcony to take advantage of the extensive views and peaceful scenery.

The owners have thought of everything for this unit, Wi-Fi, books, DVDs and Smart TVs to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

The modern fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave with an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer off the kitchen area. The main bedroomhas a ceiling fan and second smart TV with access to the balcony to allow the sea breezes to flow through. Added features include a bath and separate toilet making the unit very comfortable.

This property includes parking for two vehicles, one single lock-up garage and one single open car space - perfect if you want to bring along the pushbikes or fishing rods.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    Bombarded with comms with incorrect automated reminderd. Key pick up is far, byo sheets, balcony not clean. On last day bombarded with messages to vacate the unit, and after dropping the key a phone call to drop the key. It was all bizarre.

    Location great. Needed the plumber for toilet twice in 6 days. Neighbours (common wall with main bedroom and balcony) were hell! Domestic issues and police called. Do not stay in this apartment if you want sleep and relaxation.
