Mira two-bedroom apartment

The Mira apartment on the ground floor is located in the village of Grupija, near Umag and the beautiful Kanegra beach. The house is situated close to a local road, but is surrounded by greenery and is near the Adriatic Golf Club in Crveni Vrh. The accommodation is suitable for families or friends who wish to spend a holiday away from the city, yet still not far from the beaches, 3 km from Monte Rosso beach and 4 km from Kanegra.

The 54 sqm apartment in Grupija, Crveni Vrh, is locatedon the ground floor of a family house and has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The apartment offers a large private covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, where you can spend evenings together or have breakfast in the morning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and a table with four chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa and coffee table, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, and air conditioning. The bathroom with an exterior window is equipped with a shower cabin, bidet, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, and a washing machine. One free parking space is available on the other side of the road.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace or outside, while smoking indoors is not allowed.

* We kindly ask our guests:
- to respect the neighbours and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and washing machine when not in the accommodation,
- to use the accommodation equipment with care,
- to leave empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to report any damage caused to the owner, who, after a careful assessment of the damage, will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before leaving to arrange the handover of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
