Minutes to SPAC and Historic Race Track with Pool

We offer a large private space(1200 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance. This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Situated in a small, quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve, to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), Downtown Saratoga(4 miles), the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road. Come stay & get all the tips on the bestplaces to visit.
The space
We have a large split-level home with a private yard and a 30X15' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice relaxing evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or in the backyard while listening to the songbirds. It has one large bedroom with comfortable King Bed, 40 Roku TV, as well as a large closet with hangers, full sleeper sofa, large dresser and black out curtains. In the adjoining room, there is a Queen Bed and a Queen Sofa Couch with inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Both TV's have cable, and High Speed Internet, central air conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine and pods, full-size fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, stove/oven, microwave and stove. Private off-street parking in our driveway with room for 2 vehicles. There are extra pillows and blankets if needed as well as bathroom and pool towels for your use. We will be available by text for any questions or help. This is a NON-SMOKING home. There is also NO smoking in the screen house. Any non-compliance will incur a $250 fine. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting. PLEASE NOTE... there is an additional fee of $30 per person per guest over the number of four guests. Also, if you have a service or emotional animal, we ask that you provide the proper documentation for that. There will not be a charge unless there is excess cleaning that needs to be done after your departure. We do NOT allow pets and if one stays with your party, you will be charged an extra fee of $250. We offer a separate keyless entrance from our driveway where you may park your vehicle. You will receive the key code the morning of check-in, as well as the Wifi password. We are close to gas stations, markets, liquor stores, restaurants, and the concert venue at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), as well as the Historic Race Track, Racino, lakes and downtown venues. Ballston Spa is a small historic Victorian Village just outside the city of Saratoga. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the 170-acre Nature Preserve just around the corner and our beautiful State Park just up the road.
Other things to note
Because of viral concerns, we are taking ample time to clean and disinfect all areas. We also leave additional cleaners in the space for your use. PLEASE....nothing other than toilet paper to be flushed down the toilet and PLEASE minimize grease down kitchen sink. There is a grinder pump on that level of the home and these things could hamper its use. Thank you!
