From the moment I arrived, it was clear how much care and thought they’ve put into creating a truly comfortable and welcoming space. The apartment is beautifully maintained, spotless, and incredibly cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out.The location is absolutely unbeatable—close to everything you’d want, yet still peaceful and quiet. Whether you’re exploring the area or just looking to unwind, it couldn’t be more convenient.What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail. Every conceivable amenity is provided, making the stay effortless and enjoyable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home, with everything you could possibly need right at your fingertips.Stosh and Deborah were wonderful hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to making their guests feel comfortable.I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. Stayed Nov 29, 2025I had a wonderful experience overall at my stay in the Modern Studio, in Kent. Deborah was thorough in communication and welcoming upon my arrival. Their guidebook is full of helpful information about local fare, points of interest and history about the farm and surrounding area. Also, I appreciate the treats and Nespresso. I’d definitely recommend staying for these points and for central location which lends to the ease of walking into town from the studio.

Stayed Sep 30, 2025Tastefully decorated studio, in a beautiful setting, in the picturesque small town of Kent. Apartment seems newly decorated and brand new furniture and appliances, kitchennette with everyhting you need. Nespresso pods, half-n-haf, bottled water, and assortmnet of snacks were provided! Wish all rental experiences could be like this! Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The mid-century studio is even cuter than in the photos! Perfect location with walk to town and the wonderful restaurants there. Perfect for a couple. (I highly recommend the almond croissant at Wilsons.) The place is spotlessly clean and easy/quick communications with our host. The snack basket was perfect and the extra water bottles in the fridge saved us on a hike. We will definitely be back, maybe to paddle the nearby Housatonic. :)
