We loved our stay. It was very clean and newly updated. The host was great to contact before and during our stay. It’s about a 15-20 min walk from the main train terminal. About 20-25 min from the bus terminal if you take the bus from the airport. We just had carry on sized luggage and backpacks and it wasn’t too bad to walk either. Great location, comfortable beds. Washer, they don’t really have dryers in Venice but had a heated towel rack to help dry clothes. There was also a small grocery store not too far we got some food from. Loved this place and would highly recommend it!

We loved our time spent at this property. Check-in went very smoothly. We communicated a time to meet via WhatsApp and the property owner’s son met us promptly upon arrival. The property is newly updated and beautiful inside. The air conditioning worked very well, we had plenty of hot water for showers for a family of four and the beds were comfortable. We chose this property because it is in a quieter area of Venice. It made for very peaceful sleep and beautiful walks in both the morning and evening. After having spent six days in Venice, we can confidently say that we loved staying in Cannaregio and would happily stay at this property again. Thank you for making our stay so lovely!
