Stayed May 28, 2024We are a couple and stayed in this apartment for one month and found it to be very convenient and well appointed, the king bed in particular is very comfortable. The apartment presents much like the photos albeit that the furnishings are not as new as they once were. The paid parking option is very conveniently located to the apartment with a lift that takes you up to the town and then a mere 150 meter walk to your front door, the cost of parking is also very reasonable particularly for longer stays. The town of Peccioli really was a very pleasant surprise, it is so quiet during the week… except for the local market held in the centre of town each Tuesday, and comes alive on weekends following its recent Best Town win on a popular Italian TV show. Most weekends there always seemed to be a cultural event of some sort happening that was always well patronised by locals which was a welcome contrast to the better known and more touristic towns in Tuscany. This apartment and the town of Peccioli really are a great choice as a base for anyone looking to explore the Tuscan region

Stayed Sep 22, 2022Lorenzo was amazing and gave us a ton of info in places to see and things to do. The apartment is super—probably the nicest one we stayed in in Italy.
