Villa is centrally located to be near golf course and beach club. The view from the lanai is stunning. The villa was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The concierge took care of all of our requests and made sure the kitchen was well stocked with food and drinks. Cleaners came every day and they were outstanding. Our experience was perfecto!

We really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were great. The rooms and condo were very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for cooking or even a barbecue. Perfect location in Papagayo. You will need to rent a car or a golf cart to get around, because transportation is expensive! We had the best time, and Hazel was amazing. Thank you for everything!

The property was beautiful and of course the setting in Papagayo was phenomenal but the icing on the cake was the management/concierge. We have traveled extensively throughout our lives and typically go the VRBO/HA route when traveling. We are used to the key box treatment with instructions by email and then silence and don't expect much from owners when we stay at their homes. This experience was completely different and made the trip. Estefania is a first class concierge/property manager. She was attentive and helpful from the beginning even before we made the decision to book the space. Throughout our stay she was consistently checking in with us and making sure we were maximizing our vacation experience. From booking reservations to attending to needs at the space, she was on top of it. Our entire group was completely impressed with her. I would highly recommend this vacation rental. I would definitely stay there again so long as Estefania was a part of the management. Great asset to have on your team.

The property was top notch and a great location. It was very clean and well maintained. I would rate this trip among the best family vacations we have ever taken. The service was great all around including the service at the Beach Club. Working with Maria at PEXS and her team was a delight. We would definitely go back!

This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we loved both the country and the condo. It is situated on a hill at the edge of the community and is easy walking to the beach and shops near the golf course. This is a brand new unit with a large deck off the living area and small decks for each bedroom. The sunsets were beautiful! The unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a large flat screen TV and wifi in the unit. The weather was comfortable for us, but not hot so we did not use the beautiful pool or barbeque in the common area. Magaly was there to meet us and ensured that we had everything we needed, including a little SUV. She also gave us a tour of the resort so we knew where the best restaurants and beaches were. This is a beautiful property at a great price and we hope to return!

We rented this amazing Condo, and a larger house for a family Thanksgiving trip. The condo was super confortable. The views to the Marina, and the large yacht arriving there are spectacular. We could also see the golf course from above, and all sorts animals like pizotes, monkeys, parrots, birds, etc. The PEXS management company provided us with everything we needed to make this trip amazing. The Thanksginving dinner, preparred by Chef Priedra was incredible. All around a super experience for the family. We will definitely come back see you again !!!!

We recencly stayed for 7 night in this condo. I do not think there is any other condo in the neighborhood that as good as a view as this one has. We had views of the bay and the marina, and also of the gold course, and sitting in a corner it felt the unit was more private. The property is really close to all the amenities such as Four Season Restaurants, tennis, an amazing golf course, and of course The Brach club whihc is a A+++++ facility. I would defitnely recommend this beatiful condo.

Excellent Vacation. The employees and staff at PEX were outstanding. The property clean and well maintained. From the moment we checked into our home away from home, we began the experience of a life-time. The Condo was perfect in every way. The view outstanding, the beds perfect, the location awesome. We went Zip Lining at Witches Rock and loved it! We went deep sea fishing with Morrow Sportfishing at Marina Papagayo and it was the best experience fishing we have ever had. We spent some time in the town of Coco, it was quaint and had plenty of good restaurants with a lot of shops to explore. We had the time of our life there while in Costa Rica. Would definitely recommend this place, Marina Papagayo and PEX Property Management.
