Imagine spending your holidays in a splendid house with breathtaking sea views.
The house is located in front of a suggestive rock inlet, with crystal clear and transparent waters that will leave you breathless. You will be able to swim and enjoy the sun directly in front of the house, without having to make any effort.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds which can be joined together if necessary. In one room there is a wardrobe, in the other a large chest of drawers and exposed clothes hangers. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, with a window overlooking the sea. The living room-kitchen has a splendid built-in kitchenette with sink under a window overlooking the sea, many of our guests have expressed their pleasure in washing dishes while looking at the sea. The large terrace overlooking the sea represents the most evocative place in the house, where you spend most of your time, having breakfast, lunch and dinner, relaxing while chatting or reading a good book, or letting yourself be involved in the colors and scents of the sea, the sky and the garden in front of the house. The sunsets are splendid, and the reflections of the moon on the sea make the nights magical. We are outside the center of Torre San Giovanni, a very popular tourist spot, also due to its splendid beaches. Our area always remains relatively quiet and within 500 meters. there are all the necessary services, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, market, equipped beach, etc. The inlet in front of the house is rocky, very beautiful and easily accessible, there is also a walkway for disabled people that leads directly into the water.
A first small sandy beach, with a very nice lido, is located about 500 meters from the house. The large and famous beaches of Ugento - Torre San Giovanni are about 2km away and can be reached in just a few minutes. In the area the houses with sea view are located on the rocks, while near the sand they are all inside and do not see the sea. We are halfway between Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca. The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday being pampered by the colors and scents of the sea, in an area that always remains relatively quiet, strategically positioned, from which you can move easily to reach the most famous and characteristic centers of the Salento in a few minutes.
