The apartment is very clean and adorable!! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. The bed is super comfortable!! Anne had a variety of personal care items, snacks, coffee pods and bottled water available for use. She checked in with us several times in advance and answered our communications immediately. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Wilmington!!!

Great location for beach, UNCW and downtown. Owner gave good restaurant recommendations. Kuerig was a nice touch.

The rental is cute and has enough room for two people to enjoy a weekend away. There are some wonderful shops nearby and it's a close drive to the beach, campus or downtown. Great location! Anne was great with communication. The photos need to be updated though. The kitchen has a hot burner, not two stove burners, just in case you're wanting to cook there. Also she's having the main house renovated and although the crew had instructions to only work during the week, they were there promptly at 7am Saturday and didn't leave until around 6pm. Their noise was definitely disruptive. I would suggest Anne's place as long as the construction crew aren't there. It's cute and in a good location.

Great communication and very accommodating, nice quiet neighborhood. This is a studio apartment above a garage with its own separate entrance and driveway in an occupied house but still felt very private. Perfect for two people without feeling cramped. The bathroom was larger than we expected in a studio. Will stay here again and definitely recommend. Easy walk to Mayfaire and could also bicycle to wrightsville beach.

I was in Wilmington for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing property! Property was very clean and in quiet neighborhood. In walking distance to shops and restaurants in Mayfair. Owners were super nice and very accommodating- even let us stay an extra night free because it happened to be open! I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Wilmington, NC!

The perfect location for a short getaway to visit family. It’s a quick drive to the beach and nearby restaurants . It was also in a great area for walking our dog. Anne was a responsive host and check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely return!
