Top floor duplex 3 bedroom apartment completely refurbished in a modern style. The apartment is centrally located and is right in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa. The apartment has a lovely modern fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the upper floor. There are two southwest facing terraces, one from the lounge and one from the master bedroom upstairs.





The apartment also benefits from it's own WiFi connection and is fully air conditioned throughout.



The apartment does not have allocated parking however there is plenty of free parking around the marina and is centrally located and may get some evening noise from bars and restaurants situated nearby.

    Fantastic apartment our 3rd visit to this one although unfortunately the elevator was being replaced so we had 42 stairs up and down but kept us fit during pur stay. Well equipped modern apartment hope to be bCk December.

    We rented this apartment through Dequesa Estates, who we have also rented other apartment through and long term rented. We have always found their service very good. This time was no exception and we had a lovely apartment in the centre of Dequesa, it was very clean on arrival and was very well equipped. We feel as you are very approachable. There is nothing to change.

    A completely refurbished 3 bed apartment to a very high standard. Proximity to both Marina with all the bars/restaurants (0 metres) and Beaches (100 metres) is perfect. Marina shuts down by midnight so no late night noise. All bedrooms have ensuite facilities and the top floor suite is great with a brilliant sun terrace for all day round sun. Whilst no reserved parking spot, there were lots of public spaces available very close to the apartment which we had no problem using. There is no pool, so it may not appeal to families with younger children, but the beach is so close it wasn’t a problem for us. Would highly recommend.
