Tan Tar A Estates offers two outdoor swimming pools. The 9-hole Hidden Lakes Golf Course running throughout. Margaritaville Resort is adjacent to Tan-Tar-A Estates and offers an Indoor Water Park, several Restaurants & Lounges and Specialty Gift Shops.

NOTE: We use a smartlock with unique codes for every guest, and in case of any unexpected lock issues, we also have a backup lockbox available, and please note that lost keys incur a $500 replacement fee.

Positives: easy to get to, close to town, margaritaville and the lake. Very clean. Comfortable. Host responded quickly to one minor issue. Easy check in, easy clean up. Mini fridgeNegatives: small parking, no trash bags or trash cans, no wash cloths or soap, only 2 balcony chairs. Overall, it was a great trip and I’d book it again. I’m just thankful there were local stores to buy a few items I didn’t realize we wouldn’t have. (Wash cloths, trash bags, soap)

The Wifi was down and we didn't get much help with it. It was clean but rather cold and then too hot (heating/cooling is just a wall unit).
