Mareazul Steps from the Beach Brand New 3 bedroom plus a studio 2600 SQ FT

We loved the access to the pool, pool restaurant, and beach. Everything was so well decorated and spacious. The kids got to use their own bathroom which is better than what they have at home!

The best part about Mareazul is that the restaurant, pool, beach, corner store, gym, spa, and reception are all within a 5-minute walk from your condo. There's no taking a tram miles around a compound just to buy a carton of milk, just walk up to the reception desk, take a u-turn and there's the shop. Our condo was immaculately clean, we had a view over the picturesque pool, and a full kitchen to cook our meals, which we did to save money rather than going to restaurants. The pool is huge and warm. There were 2 different restaurants, one for breakfast and lunch, the other for lunch and dinner. You can order delicious beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic if you prefer. If you need a taxi, the reception desk will find you one within minutes. My one recommendation though is to make a meal plan for the week and buy everything all at once, so you don't have to take multiple trips. Cabs are expensive in the Riveria Maya, so unless you rent a car or pay a cabby for the week, there's no way around it. It's the only mode of transportation Also, bring your own bags, the large grocery stores don't provide them. If you want to do shopping for souvenirs, 5th Avenue is less than a 15-minute cab ride away. if you feel like golfing, the golf course is a 5-minute cart ride away, which they will bring to pick you up. If you need cash, there's a large all-inclusive resort that's a 10-minute walk from Mareazul. I highly recommend staying here :-)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was not too bad. We had 7 of us and were excited there was a washing machine. The machine did not work well and was VERY moldy. We were told it would be worked on after a part arrived-that did not happen. We asked about using a vacant unit for laundry and were told we could pay to use the laundromat. Some of the dishes were dirty, but the dishwasher worked. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay. We did rent a car so we could venture out and do more things- less expensive off of the property.

I had an amazing experience in this property. Centrally located close to Playa del Carmen downtown but far away from the noise in a gated community. The decoration is beautiful, I felt in love of the master bedroom, master closet and master bath !! Amazing views by the balcony, the biggest pool I have ever seen, private, clean beach, white sand, turquoise waters, “paradise”, very nice landscape, in site restaurant and bar by the beach. Monica and Yasmin were outstanding in helping me with everything I needed, they can buy your groceries for a small fee, arrange taxis, tours etc. They provide a code to access the property a couple of days before your arrival, so this is a contactless check in. My only complaint was that it was so hard to say good bye. Thank you for everything.

But there is no need to say more than everything about this condominium, it’s beUty, It’s location, the views of the magnificent landscape, pool, beach and entire surroundings were nothing less than perfect. The details, cleanliness, staff, assistance when required and the magnificent environment were breathtaking every day. An escape from everyday life where peace, beauty, kind people and a heavenly beach can best be summarized as nirvana. Unique, an oasis of magical beauty.
