MAREAS Family Home by Cadiz4Rentals

We had to contact cadiz4rental twice regarding issues with the apartment, initially on arrival to report that the door on the integrated washing machine was hanging off & also the hinge was faulty on the under sink press in the small bathroom. Also the bathroom door to the main bathroom wudnt close as it wasn’t fitted properly & was catching at floor level.The second issue was the electrical socket in the same small bathroom was coming away from the tiles which was too dangerous to use & the light fitting over the dining table was loose & had come down from ceiling level , both complaints were dealt with in a timely & efficient manner by the staff & the maintenance man although the bathroom door is still an issue but probably needs to be taken down & adjusted . What I cannot understand is why the cleaning company didn’t notify yourself about these issues prior to our occupancy rather than we as tenants bringing this to your attention g The kitchen was well equipped except for the lack of a toaster which we would expect as a basic kitchen appliance , we used the sandwich toaster as an alternative but it wasn’t very satisfactory as there were 4 adults using it . Also there were maintenance men on the grounds twice during our stay leaf blowing but the rubbish (papers & plastic bag)that was blowing around was still there on our departure , no one bothered to pick them up only used the blower to move it on within the compound .

A full body mirror would be a great addition to the existing confort, especially for a vain woman

We liked everything about the apartment. The location is perfect - it's next to Caleta beach and a 5 minutes walk to Park Genoves. (The restaurant Quilla across the street is excellent, with the friendliest staff). The apartment is very well designed and organized with 4 bedrooms and a great kitchen and common space. Also, the living room/kitchen area has a door that separates it from the bedrooms which means that it is quiet in the bedrooms even when it's noisy in the living room. The management is very responsive and when we arrived 45 minutes early, they gave us access to the apartment immediately, which was very helpful as we were with young kids. The check-in/entry process is complex. It would be good to have another queen bed in the apartment.

The size of apartment, level of equipment provided, responsiveness of Cadiz Rentals and of course the super location. Two things- portable beach chairs would be helpful and cheap. The gradient of the tiles needs increased. it was not problem that would put us of re booking

The flat is perfect. Beach and park on the doorstep and not far into town. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Parking garage for parking nearby. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need. Nice balcony. Everything is very clean and in mint condition. You can just feel comfortable.
