    We stayed at the Marbella Lane – Apartment and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos — perfect for my family. The check-in process was a bit complicated, but once we got inside, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great stay and a comfortable home base for our trip

    We all loved the rental. We would stay at it again but will not because of the whole check in process of the Rental Management Co. I had to submit a copy of a Gov ID, a Selfie, a copy of the front of the credit card and a copy of the card showing the last 4 digits. No problem. Seemed reasonable in todays fraud laden society. I received a email in the morning of the check-in asking to resend the picture of the last 4 digits so I sent it. Never head back. Each time I tried to check in online it stated that it was too early to do so. So we were parked on Ocean Drive during rush hour without the ability to check in. Long story short I called them and they said they never received the resent picture. I had to text the another picture and they finally allowed me to check in. The instructions were convoluted, hard to understand with one of the instructions telling us we 2 minutes to enter the building before the elevator would shut off for us. Other issues in regards to the check in like 1 fob that locks the door and allows use of the elevator instead of 2 promised. The next day we had to help a family from Ohio who were stuck at the parking garage gate as they had no access. I help them get in and escort them to the front lobby for help. The attendant is there for the residents and not the rental customers but did what she could to help them. She said this is common with the Management Co and have said they have been told to make their instructions easier.

    Pictures do not do it justice. Place is bright, airy, and spotless. Hot tub was great after long days. 10+ food options within 2 blocks, shopping right down the walk. Views of the Queen Mary, shipping port, and water were a bonus.

    The property was comfortable, and prefect for our family. There’s a park right across the street, all amenities are close, there’s a delicious pizza spot downstairs, and Great views of The Queen Mary! This place made it to my preferred list for anyone coming to visit Long Beach.
