NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.

Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $100 per pet per stay. Also, extra guest fee applies after 4 guests, $50 per person, per night.

    We had the opportunity to stay at Marbella Lane - Grand 2BR w/ Beach & Ocean Views, Excellent location, incredible views from the ninth floor room nine o six, and being on the corner of the building allows you to see in several directions. Very spacious rooms, everything very organized and modern. Communication with the host was excellent. I RECOMMEND IT! The only recommendation I have is that the instructions on the entrance to the building, virtual key and parking should be sent separately from all the other information to make it easier at the time of check-in.

    Our family was very comfortable and unit had all the amenities you need for a great stay! It was very close to the Long Beach arena and pike outlets.

    This is a really mixed review because property was great and manager was really poor. Beautiful space and lived up to ad. But the manager has three strikes during our stay. These strikes began at check-in and didn’t end until checkout day. On checkin day, at 4 pm check-in time, the Marabella Lane management team couldn’t get us access to our VRBO. Finally, at 5:30, building security let us access the building and use the lockbox to get the key. The non-response from Marabella Lane management throughout was “just use the QR code” … the one we told them by text, VRDB message, email and voicemail we never received. Very frustrating start to the trip. While checkin was the worst of management lapses, it wasn’t the only one. After a couple of days, we told them about two small matters and their response was to request a photo. No one asked if something needed to be done or if there was anything else… just a send a photo. And the third strike was on our check out day. Check out is at 11 but they had a repair person, unannounced to us, come at 8 a.m. The Marabella Lane team didn’t tell us they had someone coming to do a routine repair! We asked the repair person to wait until 10:30 which they agreed to; only to have someone come back at 9:30 to photograph the work to be done at 10:30. Just rude. So if you want a great space without concern about needing any assistance (or concerns about random repairs during your stay), this is a great choice.

    The property was as described. It was clean, had the basic supplies, and had an excellent view with all the beautiful windows. We had a few barriers with check in but they were resolved quickly. They offer a nice video for checking in to show you where to park and the details for accessing the property. During part of the process you have to prove identity which involves providing a photo of the card used for making the reservation, which I was not prepared to do. When traveling, I consolidate my purse and the items in my wallet and this card was not one that I brought with me. There was some back and forth with that but they were able to accommodate another form of ID after a handful of emails. There is a temporary code to access the building and I had to reach out and ask for the code. In previous experiences, access codes are provided prior to having to request it. The communication from the property manager was very prompt during these barriers. Overall it was a pleasant experience, just a few items I was not prepared for.

    The check-in procedures were awkward, especially getting into the parking garage. There were so many emails. I am sure they felt like they were supportive, but it was overwhelming and did not provide the information I needed. However, the space was spotless and beautiful. The location was ideal and the view was spectacular. It is a short walk to the Pike shops, movies, restaurants, and Aquarium of the Pacific. Now that I know how it works I will probably stay again.

    Took my kids for spring break they had an amazing time really enjoyed the condo that we added 2 extra nights. Everything was in walking distance. Great restaurants and activities.
