We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Stayed Jul 17, 2024It seems like this property is in a building that is managed by someone other than this host because the unit itself is immaculate and very charming; however, the outside door is completely covered in mold and the inside hallways to other units are in serious need of some fresh paint and also smell of mold. Other than that, we would definitely book this again! You can walk anywhere you need to and parking was a breeze.

Stayed Apr 25, 2026Great apartment located so close to everything downtown. The communication with the host was great and check in was really smooth. It’s an older building, but the apartment has been updated really nicely. My favorite part….the bed was really comfortable and we had a great night sleep! We come to Seward a few times a year and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for helping make our weekend so fun!

Stayed Mar 1, 2026This was a great spot for my Seward adventure! Close to downtown and the Sealife Center. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Especially important to me was warmth (as I visited during the winter) and it was very warm and cozy! I loved the decore. It was spacious for one, and it was quiet. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025We were coming to Alaska and wanted to spend a night in Seward. This apt was perfect for our family! So close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. The place was clean and super cute inside! The check in process was super easy and Shelly was avl if needed…I highly recommend and would def stay again if/when we make it back!!
