Stayed Dec 31, 1969Graziosissima casa abbracciata da un piccolo giardino romantico pieno di piante verdi e fiorite, con un'altissima palma e un frondoso ulivo ad ombreggiare il tavolo su cui si può mangiare ad ogni pasto. Il contesto abitativo è tranquillissimo pur essendo a due passi da tutte le comodità (2 grandi supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze), centro città (ville basse) a distanza di una breve passeggiata, così come il porto e la stazione del trenino della Balagne che collega tutte le spiagge della zona; nessun problema di parcheggio perché c'è il posto auto riservato proprio di fronte a casa all'interno del complesso. La casa è molto carina e si vede che è usata anche dai proprietari in quanto è attrezzata di tutto (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina per il caffé americano e altra tipo Nespresso con capsule, piatti, bicchieri di ogni genere; non manca proprio di niente. L'unica cosa da tener presente è che i fornelli di cucina funzionano con il sistema a induzione e ci vogliono quindi pentole adatte (che ci sono e sono tutte nuove di pacca!); non fate come me che mi sono portata la macchinetta del caffé da casa che ovviamente con quel sistema era incompatibile. La casa è composta da: cucina semi-aperta sul soggiorno, con comodo divano trasformabile in letto doppio, mobile con televisore a grande schermo. Sala da pranzo verandata luminosissima, con le finestre schermate da bianche tende di lino arredata con piacevoli mobili semplici ma molto graziosi. Camera da letto matrimoniale non grandissima ma comunque vivibile; i materassi sono molto comodi, un po' meno (per noi italiani) i cuscini quadrati e un po' troppo morbidi per le nostre abitudini. Fra l'ingresso, il soggiorno ed il bagno (nuovo, moderno, con grande cabina doccia), c'è una rientranza nella parete, schermata da tende, che contiene un letto a castello. Tutto l'ambiente è molto accogliente grazie ai vari oggetti di arredo (quadretti, specchi, grandi vasi con fiori di stoffa colorati, contenitori di vetro con conchiglie ed altro). In giardino c'è anche un piccolo bbq (credo che funzioni a carbonella). All'arrivo ho trovato l'ambiente pulito ed in ordine e molto gentile e disponibile la persona incaricata dalla proprietaria per l'accoglienza degli ospiti. Prezzo adeguato per quanto offerto; mi sento di poterla tranquillamente consigliare.
