Designed for up to 10 guests, the villa features clean architectural lines, generous volumes and large glass openings that create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The main level includes a bright living area opening onto a large terrace with outdoor lounge, dining space and panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen also opens onto a second terrace, ideal for breakfast. A beautiful master suite with sea view completes this floor.

The lower level offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and direct access outside. A play area with a foosball table is also available.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens, the villa features several sun terraces, a heated 16-meter infinity pool, a pool house, sunbeds, parasols and a pétanque court.

The property includes air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a laundry room, a Weber gas barbecue, a security system and parking for two cars.
