Mahogany Carriage House - Gulf Views! Open Floor Plan! Free Bikes/Fitness/Tennis

Great property for two guests and close to the beach and restaurants.

Had a great visit to Rosemary beach first week of March. Carriage house was really nice. Internet was awful in that location. Not sure if it was the carriage house or the area. Bathroom/shower could be updated. Otherwise nice place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Let me start by saying the location is perfect! Right on the beach and in a quiet cul-de-sac of Rosemary. However a few things were disappointing, the cleanliness and the need for an update. There were dishes in the cabinet that were not clean (food crusted on plates, dirty coffee mugs) and the bathroom needs extra attention (hair was not cleaned out of the shower drain), and the wire storage rack behind the bathroom door was rusted. The appliances need updating, the ice maker was broken and continued to make ice constantly (pouring out into the freezer) creating added noise, the door knobs were very difficult to use when opening doors. When speaking with the renters in the main house, they made the same comment, and the outside shower handle was broken. In addition, the garage door opener did not work, and the house could use a good dusting - the beams above the bed were filled with clumped dust.

Great location on property to pools and beach. Loved being able to be in a carriage house yet still had a view of the ocean. Personally I wouldn’t want to stay here with more than one other person, but great for a couple!

This carriage house is PERFECT for a couple. The location is steps from the beach & downtown rosemary and includes bikes, a covered garage and access to tennis and all other amazing rosemary amenities. The check-in/out process was simple and convenient. Can’t wait to come back!

This carriage house was in a great location. We loved everything about it and will definitely stay again one day.

Terrible

Property good for what we needed. Alittle small for family of 4 with two small kids-- slept on pullout--, but super close to beach and pool access. Had a great time.

This is one of those properties that I dont like to review because I dont want anyone to know about...but this cottage is in the far corner of Rosemary and kinda tucked away so its more quiet...which we loved about it. The main house is beachfront and the walks to the beach are short. We had garage parking and free bikes....Just a suggestion, bring your own pillow, spices, and paper coffee filters which are a little annoying being that Rosemary is an upscale property...but we would definately choose this location again! It was a great quiet couples escape.
