Magnificent apartment facing the ocean

Can’t complain about anything about our stay, it was clean, beautiful views, so close to the beach, even some added beach accessories to borrow. The patio had a little breeze. Perfection!

I recommend this rental for anyone wants to stay next to Praria da Luz. That was our favorite beach in the region. It is walking distance to the beach and to many restaurants. The host was very helpful and accommodating!

Was great apartment..only criticism is that there were no instructions in English for using washing machine.. also fridge freezes everything other than things in the door so some food spoilage.. otherwise all good and location fantastic

This quaint small town, with it's views, beautiful beach and friendly people was simply wonderful. The condo was very well equipped and a perfect place for hiking, day trips, relaxing at the beach and enjoying the Portuguese hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay in Luz. The town house was well stocked and we enjoyed our view of the ocean. It was an easy walk to shops and the beach. Perfect stay!

Excellent location. Close to public transportation, groceries, drug stores, walking trails,beautiful beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was well stocked, very comfortable and had amazing views. Monica was very helpful and responded immediately to questions or concerns. The owners were also very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We love the place

Monica met us at the apartment and familiarized us with the property and the surrounding area. We had everything we needed and spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view and listening to the sound of the waves. Great location with bars, restaurants, shopping and groceries minutes away.

We were a party of 4 golfers. The apartment is an excellent property in the heart of Luz town close to all the local amenities and golf courses in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had no complaints at all.

The property itself was great. Looked like the photos :). Well-equipped kitchen, towels, bedding etc and comfortable furniture. I kept finding little things that made me think: Well done. Praia da Luz was perfect place for us to stay. We wanted to go to the beach, swim, read, eat, and drink wine. It was easy to do all the above. View from living room balcony is stunning. Get up and see it at sunrise. Property owners were responsive and helpful answering all questions. The online listing could use a few updates. None of the restaurants cited seem to exist any more. (Property manager was helpful if you ask.). DO make reservations. They were critical! There are quite a few stairs -- up to the unit which is on the second floor, and the apartment itself is two floors. Both bathrooms are downstairs. Not a problem as long as you're mobile but could be a problem for some. Google Maps is your best resort but be aware that it gets confused in the winding streets. The first night it took us 60 minutes to find the restaurant (Chicca's) that was 10 minutes away. We were sent in circles. Repeatedly. Fortaleza da Luz is a must go for the views, and the food was also good. Liked Chicca's. And loved Bollywood Pizza & Kebabs for take-out!! Go and enjoy.

Apartment is situated in the second line behind the shore. Only thing we missed during our stay was the fact that there have been no sun loungers. It was said, that they have been damaged by former guests. All other things in the description match perfectly.
