Stayed May 25, 2024Another amazing trip to our favorite place in St. Martin, second time we rented in this building on the 2nd floor. Once again it delivers on the things important to us such as ocean view, easy access to best beach ever, walking distance to amazing restaurants & Capt Frenchy’s for all-day beach day, always feel safe, good value for the price, sunrise/sunsets, etc. The host, Alain, is attentive to requests. The condo itself is smaller, no privacy with shower (not a big deal to us), kitchen is on the outside veranda (porch) or after the sliding glass doors, this is different and you have to make sure and food is in bags and clean-up every crumb, otherwise there are little ants that quickly appear. Overall, excellent condo and would recommend! Love SXM!

Stayed Jan 14, 2024Wow, what a view! This is our third time in Grand Case and really connect with this little part of the world. This is our first time renting this property and loved its location and overall setup. Truly a little gem with a mesmerizing view, the outdoor kitchen/ dining area is fun and well equipped. A little more focus on cleanliness would be appreciated but overall a great place for the price. Alain is a good host, very informative and available. Thank you!

Stayed May 26, 2023I stayed in a super cute one bedroom apartment on the first floor and it had everything you could possibly need! The beach view was unbelievable and the beach chairs, towels and umbrella made it so easy to enjoy time on the water and relax. Alain was a great host and made sure to greet me when I arrived and checked in during my stay. Highly recommend if you are considering staying on Grand Case!
