The building is accessed through an entrance gate accessible with a keypad code. Thanks to aspacious elevator, you ascend to the fourth floor where the apartment is located.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious, modern, and very bright open-plan living room, thanks to the large windows overlooking the sea. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential necessities. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional options for any guests.

Stepping out onto the terrace, you can enjoy a splendid sea view while dining al fresco.

The sleeping area consists of two well-furnished and comfortable bedrooms, both with access to the rear terrace, and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is modern and spacious; the en-suite bathroom is a true oasis of well-being, equipped with a bathtub where you can indulge in moments of pure pleasure and relaxation. The main bathroom features a multi-jet shower with seating and chromotherapy.

A security deposit of €300 will be required prior to arrival. The full amount will be returned after check-out unless there is obvious damage to the property.

A few days before arrival, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in process. They will be asked to enter all the details of each guest, sign the tourist rental contract, and pay the tourist tax where required.
