Nice clean safe condo within walking distance from several downtown locations

Great location, we easily walked to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. The property was clean, tastefully decorated, and roomier than anticipated.

Great stay. Parking was secure. Location was perfect.

From beginning to end, this stay was PHENOMENAL! The host was welcoming, provided much needed info ahead of time, and checked in consistently. The place was extremely well kept, very neat and clean. It was convenient to all of the hot spots for the Broadway area. I thoroughly enjoyed being here and will definitely do it again.

Excellent location. Walked to bars, restaurants, farmers market, Bicentennial Park. Unit was clean and had everything we needed and more. Building was secure and loved having a garage spot to not worry about car. Master bed was real soft but thats just a personal preference. The freight train that runs by is very quiet and didnt bother us at all. Would recommend and stay again!

Host was very responsive to inquiries and questions.Master mattress was horrible- worn out and way too soft where you sunk down into the Mattress. Many lady bugs and a couple of stink bugs were present in the home, the toaster was dirty and the washer was moldy.

Great Place

Everything happened as promised Property is in a great shape. We could drop off luggage at 12 PM as promised.

This condo has everything you need. Fully stocked very comfortable beds modern decor two really cool porches. Very secluded at the end of the building if you do make a little bit of noise. It was an adult guys weekend Close to downtown Broadway and everything if you don’t like to walk and you can ride a E scooter or an E bike it’s a nice way to go to. The host Jen is awesome. She will do anything she can to make your stay better.

Host was very prompt with communication. Location was perfect. Easy walk to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Germantown is even closer and has a great sports bar less than a quarter mile. The unit was very clean and is perfect for 3 couples. Train was not an issue. Yes, we could hear it, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. I would stay here again

The host was wonderful - great communication! The condo was amazing, very open and bright. Plenty of room for 9 ladies. The location is walkable to Broadway but it’s 20 minutes through a neighborhood that is undergoing lots of development. So we took an Uber and it was @15 one way to Broadway. Loved the included garaged parking spot and security of the building. Condo offers lot of amenities. We would stay again!

Great stay! Highly recommend! Very spacious and clean!! Loved the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms-everyone had their own space. Communication with the host was great and quick to respond! We were close to Broadway. You can walk there but I recommend driving. Lots of construction and there were a few homeless people along the drive to Broadway and it was pretty dark in most places. Construction/homeless never bothered us one time! We parked by the Food Hall. Great location and easy access to Broadway!Our stay was pretty quiet, which was great! Parking was secure as well as the building. The area surrounding the building looked sketchy but it wasn't at all...the unit was awesome!

We had an absolute blast on our girls trip. Having 3 bathrooms for 5 ladies was a time saver (wish had 3 showers too but still was perfect) space was gorgeous and had enough space for us all to be comfortable. Location was great and you could absolutely walk to Broadway however it was obnoxiously hot so we opted to be cute and take an uber which was readily available and so cheap. Definitely recommend would absolutely stay again!!!

What a great place to stay. Our family was on the last 2 nights of our vacation after going to the Smokey mountains earlier in the week. Host was very responsive and was able to give us an early check-in since we had a baby that was tired of the car seat! This vrbo was fully stocked and even had extra amenities that you don’t normally find! Train does run very close to the vrbo, but it didn’t bother any of us. Location was close to many Nash sites!

Wow, what a stunning stay! This space is absolutely gorgeous – tall ceilings that make it feel so open and airy, and the modern vibe with stylish décor makes it feel like something out of a magazine. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and inviting.One of my favorite features was the two balconies – perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The natural light pours in beautifully, making the whole place feel bright and uplifting.It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. If you love a chic, modern space with a touch of luxury, this is the spot. I would absolutely stay here again!

Condo was perfect for 6 close girlfriends! Spacious, very clean and well-stocked. 20 minute walk to downtown and Farmer’s Market and 15 minute drive to Grand Ole Opry and outlet mall. Secure parking included was a great bonus! Jen was super responsive and lovely to deal with. Only downside for light sleepers is nearby train runs quite frequently but it didn’t wake us up.

We had a great stay. Property was clean and in a great location in proximity to downtown and Nissan stadium.

The condo was nicely appointed and super clean. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our two teenagers. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer too. We loved the proximity to all the attractions but far enough away from Broadway to feel relaxed at the end of the day. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Surprisingly, even with a train track running right next to the building it wasn’t terribly loud or disruptive. If I was nit picking, I would say the sofa and bed in the primary bedroom are a little low for ol’ timers like me and my husband but no problem for our teenagers. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great location beautiful spacious property

My husband, two older teens and their two friends were in town to attend a concert at the Ryman. The apartment was spacious and perfect for our group and an easy walk to restaurants and the concert. The host was extremely responsive and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would love to come back!

Very nice, spacious modern apartment a quick 15-minute walk from Broadway. Check in / check out was very easy. Great communication. The host shared recommendations in advance, and was extremely responsive while we were there.

Spacious condo not far from Broadway but far enough to be away from the noise. Some noise from train but that wasn’t a big problem. Communication with Jen was outstanding! Very responsive! Furniture was all very low to the ground. Could be an issue for older travelers. Overall it was very good.

This place is spacious and in beautiful condition. It was nice to have 3 separate bedrooms. The walk to Broadway took about 20 minutes! Will be back, for sure!

This is a lovely space, everything is new and clean. The unit is spacious and has floor to ceiling windows in the kitchen and living room which adds to the units charm. Bathrooms are modern and nicely decorated. Toiletries provided were a nice touch, I've never been to a VRBO that had such plush towels and even good toilet paper. The owner definitely takes the time to keep this space top notch. Access to the building is fairly simple, we had no problems, the gated parking was a plus. 100% recommend this place and will for sure stay again when in Nash.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. It was as pictured and beautiful. Not one of us had a bad thing to say. The property manager responded promptly to our requests. It was a pleasure working with them throughtout our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would stay there again, in a heartbeat, if we ever return to Nashville. The condo is in a good location and the ubers were not expensive at all. We were very happy with the choice we made. I will highly recommend this place to anyone I know traveling to Nashville.

The property was in a great location to walk to Broadway, Nissan stadium and Germantown. The property was spacious and professionally managed with clean and well maintained. The location was quiet at night as well. The only negative would be the mattress were very soft. Overall a great place to stay in Nashville

Last minute trip to surprise my sister n law. We had 5 in our group so the 3 bedrooms worked for us. Location was a 5 min Uber trip to downtown bars. Unit had everything we needed. Only thing we could of asked for was for the showers to get hotter.

This was an excellent place to stay for the weekend on our trip to Nashville. About a 15 min walk to and from Broadway, it’s close enough to walk, but far enough to be away from the traffic and noise of the tourist district. A beautiful apartment with enough space for three couples and well laid out with two and a half baths. This would definitely be the place I stay in the future for another visit.

Everything was great, there is little construction, and train was little loud this morning but exactly what the description said. Walking distance to Nissan stadium. Could walk to Broadway too but very quick easy Uber ride.

Absolutely love the property. Its clean, gorgeous. It has so much space. Only caveat is if youre a light sleeper, this may not be for you. The train runs thru the night and you can hear the neighbors and footsteps upstairs. Im a hard sleeper, so it didnt bother me. I will definitely stay here again. Im

Genevieve was absolutely amazing! The home was gorgeous and exactly what we needed to have a great stop for the night in Music City! We even had a perfect view of the city lights from across the water! Everything was clean and the home had literally Anything you forgot! I will definitely be looking for Genevieve on our next visit to Nashville!!!

The place was very clean, plenty of space and the three bathrooms was a huge plus. Was a 10 minute walk to Broadway so the location was perfect. I will def stay there again when I go back to Nashville.

We came to Nashville for a baseball tournament for our son. We wanted a condo with a central location with access to restaurants and bars. The location is great if you are interested in visiting broadway. The view of the train track bridge is beautiful. The host responded very quickly and was helpful with and questions. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome, very well appointed (they thought of everything) condo in a great area. The condo is beautiful with plenty of room for our group of 5 (adults, children, teens). On arrival we were initially concerned with the location. The building is alone in an industrial area a little North of downtown. However, after walking from to both downtown and Germantown, it was the perfect location. Thank you Jenny for a great experience.
