Luxury New Apartment in Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just steps from the Cathedral in the old town. Despite being so central, it’s impressively quiet from the outside (you do hear some footsteps from above, but with earplugs it’s not a big issue).The bedrooms are exactly as shown in the photos — but they are very small, so worth knowing before you book. In the primary bedroom, the bathroom sink is tiny. The washer and dryer weren’t working properly during our stay (no heat), which meant we could only wash in cold water and couldn’t get clothes dry — perhaps just a temporary issue, but still an inconvenience.The kitchen is compact but functional. The beds are very firm, which some may like but definitely might not suit everyone. One small detail: finding the entrance at check-in was a bit tricky. The door is red, but with no lights around it appeared almost black at night.Overall, I’d still recommend this apartment to friends because of its unbeatable location, but with managed expectations around space and amenities.

Nice clean and beautifully decorated compact apartment.., we’ll taken care of. Any questions were promptly answered our host. Steep steps to upstairs needs additional railing for safety. We all felt comfortable!

We loved this apartment! It has everything you need, it is clean and very comfortable and Vljaho is so nice and helpful. He met us at Ploce gate to show us to the apartment and help with our luggage. He gave us great restaurant and tour recommendations. All of that is hard to beat, but the best thing about this apartment is it’s location! It is close to everything the city has to offer! I highly recommend this apartment. You will love it!

Great location, superb

This lovely apartment is in a spectacular location, just steps from the cathedral in Old Town. It is newly renovated and very well thought out. Excellent design details, good amount of storage, compact yet functional kitchen (no oven, but who wants to cook while vacationing in Dubrovnik!). One large bathroom downstairs and one small bathroom upstairs (en suite with one of the two equally sized small bedrooms up the somewhat narrow and steep stairs). Despite the large crowds in the Old Town the apartment is completely quiet, constructed with modern noise resistant windows, and situated on a narrow lane off of a small street, Vlaho, the manager, was terrific. Communication was excellent. In addition, he arranged for a taxi to pick up my wife and me at the airport and then met us at the gate of the Old Town (no cars allowed inside) to help carry our suitcases to the apartment (5 minutes from the gate) and then helped us again back to the gate when we left. All in all, a most excellent experience.

This is a stunning apartment that is perfect in every way! An ideal location in Old Town, beautifully decoarated, air conditioning in every room, quality linens, comfortable beds, and a charming host. When we first booked this apartment we were concerned because it only had 3 reviews. They were good reviews, but we couldn’t understand why there were so few. It turns out this apartment was recently remodeled and had just entered the rental market, so.we were the 4th family to rent it, Care has been put into every detail. Our friendly host helped us find parking and met us to guide us to the apartment, even helping with our luggage. A bottle of wine and two glasses were ready when we walked in, and the apartment was already cooled. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry are immaculately clean and well equipped with whatever you need. This is the only place you will find with a dryer- a huge bonus after a week of travel. Our host was happy to show us around town and was helpful and kind, even giving us a gift of local lavender sachets and again helping with the luggage when we left. The apartment is located behind the cathedral and away from the noise of the bars and restaurants, but a very convenient walk to anywhere within the Old City. .The 3 beds were all very comfortable and the sofa pulls out for another sleeping option. Do not hesitate to rent this apartment. It is extremely clean, updated and in a great location. Our host could not have been more friendly, we felt as if we had truly discovered a gem in Old Town Dubrovnik.
