Well again our stay was excellent. Apartment was spotless and welcoming. Communication with Victoria the owner was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovley and as advertised very quiet and peaceful. Had problems with getting keys from agent as taxi dropped us off a long way from apartment didn't find him very helpful and he couldn't meet us where we were because he had children in car .spent 3 hours walking around looking for him / apartment

On arrival we were greeted with a beautiful apartment. Communication with our host Victoria was outstanding. A lovely family apartment close to many local beauty spots. The apartment was spotlessly clean and so inviting. We always stay in Vera and We can highly recommend a stay. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Vera. A wonderful property very well maintained with all the comforts of home on a very well managed urbanisation. The agent was attentive & informative. A local Tapas bar with live entertainment 5 mins walk away, main shopping plaza is 20 mins walk & the beach a further 10 mins. Frequent bus routes 5 mins walk. Wildlife Sanctuary across the road & a childrens play area. All this & one of the most tranquil vacations i`ve ever had against the backdrop of the Andalusian mountains. Locals both British & Spanish are lovely & accommodating. We will be going back which is the best recommendation I can give. 100% 10 / 10.

Overall a good holiday. The apartment is spacious and clean and the location is good. In description of the property it says it gets the winter sun which is not entirely true well definitely not December in truth you get an hour or so a day on the grass not actually on the patio which in turn makes the apartment a bit chilly but you do have the air con to heat up the apartment which you will certainly need on. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the local supermarkets and plaza also the beach which is very nice. There are lots of things you can do in the area like hiring bikes which was really cheap and there are lots of other areas to travel to like Garrucha and Mojácar which you can catch the bus to. Would recommend the apartment and think Vera Playa is a very up and coming place.
