The apartment consists of a living / dining room, modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, extractor and dishwasher. Master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes with mirrors. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. In both bedrooms there are ceiling fans. 2 renovated bathrooms, both with a walk in shower. The apartment has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the house.

The apartment has 2 terraces, one in front and one in the garden by the pool area. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs. The garden is over 100 meters and has a private swimming pool, artificial grass and a direct access door.

The urbanization offers direct access to the beach.

The urbanization Paraíso Playa, has green areas and a community pool for adults and children. There is an elevator in the building.

Did not want to go home loved it there had a dog as well she was so calm ,happily running up and down the garden, there might be a few buried bones , shame she wasn’t allowed on the beach. I would have loved to swim in pool a bit chilly in November and December,

We had a lovely 4 week stay, location was great with some great bars/restaurants within walking distance. Apartment was very well laid out, plenty of storage and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a dog so the garden area was great with the pool which was a lovely bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
