The property was very clean and close to several restaurants and shops. The host, Tyler, was very helpful and responded quickly.

This place was beautiful, roomy, clean and the location is very convenient. Close to a few restaurants, a market and liquor store. What more do you need :). Well we did find great biking trails too :)

We had a great time staying with Haley and Tyler in Moab! The space is absolutely beautiful, great location, and the hot tub was such a relief to soak in after a long day of hiking at Arches. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Our stay at this home rental was wonderful! The place was very nice, clean, and felt brand new. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was amazing, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The condo was quiet, comfortable, and well stocked. Communication from the host was good. Will stay here again.

This property was so much better than i expected. Beautifully built and decorated. Spacious and comfortable. The amenities especially the hot tub was 10/10. The location was great. Easily walked to dinner and grocery. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay in Moab

Excellent place to spend time in Moab! The hosts were gracious to accommodate changes in my reservation, and the condo was absolutely immaculate with everything needed. Hopefully will return next year and will book the same or similar unit(s).

Beautiful apartment close to everything very clean and quiet

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here while in Moab. We used it as a base to visit several National Parks. It's close to the strip in Moab but was still quiet. The home itself it well furnished and very nice! We'd definitely stay here again.

Our first trip to Moab. Great location as we were able to walk to the main downtown area with shops and restaurants. It is a short 3 minute drive if you don’t feel like walking that extra distance after a day of hiking. Home was spacious and clean with incredible master shower. Hot tub was bonus after long days of hiking. Note to future guests, while the kitchen is supplied with pots, pans, utensils etc, pantry items were limited to salt/pepper; bring your own oil/cooking spray and spices if you plan to cook. You can hear the upstairs neighbor’s footsteps. Side note…highly recommend Dan Mick’s Sunset Jeep Tour.

Never used VRBO before but wanted a place that felt like a home that we could relax after long days of site seeing. It was everything I expected and more. Thanks for helping us make some great memories.

This was our second time staying here and this time we brought friends and family. We rented 3 units and had a great stay. Love that it is right in town within walking distance of everything.

The property was clean and free of clutter. We enjoyed the hot tub and location close to down town. Beds and bedding was very comfortable. We did hear the upstairs and next door neighbors throughout the stay.

This was our first visit to Moab. This place looked nice, met a few of our must haves like a king bed and was within walking distance to the main drag where restaurants and shopping is. A little far walk for some places, especially after a long day hiking, but not so close that there is a lot of noise. First two nights were quiet but last night the neighbors were loud and stayed up later than we wanted to and they started early the next morning as well. This didn’t taint our opinion of this location though. Still a great space with everything you need. Oh and the hot tub hit the spots after all the hiking!

This rental is perfect for a couple's retreat, and our dogs loved it too. The hosts, Tyler and Haley, were available and accommodating. The condo was lovely, and we really enjoyed the private patio / hot tub area. The location was ideal for us (close to everything). Honestly, no complaints! We hope to return soon. It was wonderful.
