This apartment was perfect for our stay in Troy to visit the city and the Troy Savings Bank Music Hall. It’s clean and well equipped and Tanyana is an excellent host. One note on the parking, we got a $50 ticket issued at 4:30AM on Tuesday. We were parked pretty much in front of the building entrance under a sign that clearly indicated parking was OK after 5:00PM. Turns out there’s a sign further down the block that prohibits parking early Tuesday and Thursday morning for street cleaning so we were stuck. There are nearby streets with different cleaning days so it’s not hard to work around this, just note there’s a risk of a ticket if you park overnight in front of the building on a Monday or Wednesday.

Great location for a RPI campus visit! Lots of great food options with in walking distance. Property exactly as pictured. Lovely flat beautifully decorated and furnished.

Wonderful Troy Brownstone. Clean, quiet - great layout with plenty of space. Well appointed features. Communication with owner was easy and always very responsive. Only request would be to have clear instructions available for thermostat.

I think this is one of the best stays I've had at a short term rental. A gorgeous building with lovely decorations blended with modern and convenient amenities. The included towels, washer/dryer, and toiletries also allowed for me to greatly reduce what I needed to pack in my bags. Any questions or concerns I had were rapidly addressed. Nearby there was easy access to buses and delicious restaurants. I'm very glad to have stayed here!

We loved the atmosphere of our 3rd floor walk up. It was warm, cozy, and felt like home. Everything was clean and well kept. Just enough space and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable! We will definitely stay again. The two flights of stairs is a bit much , but it’s worth it. Our host was responsive and answered our question right away.

The apartment was terrific and well represented on the listing. Very nicely appointed apartment, with nice amenity touches (coffee, tea, some snacks, filtered water). My family really enjoyed the stay. Will try to book in the future as well.

We loved our stay at this apartment! We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend on our road trip through the Northeast. Apartment was very easy to find, parking is street parking. We never had trouble finding a spot! Super clean throughout and very comfy bed. We loved the ability to walk to local restaurants and bars! Hosts were quick to respond with any questions we had!

This brownstone was adorable! Provided everything we needed, close to the downtown Troy. We were able to park right in front of the of the brownstone. We just walked to the downtown area, 5 min. Good location.
