We stayed in this apartment last year and greatly enjoyed the amazing photo art of Ryan Smith so we had to return this year. The apartment is located in the heart of the action in SLC. We went to A Jazz and Mammoth game along with the PBR at the Delta Center. Skiing very accessible. We will definitely consider returning next year. Thanks

This place was amazing! We had a short stay, but I will definitely look this place up again when we come back. It was super close to the Delta Center and within walking distance to so many places. The parking was a great perk and felt so safe! The apartment was beautiful and comfortable! Of course the artwork was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay if you are coming to visit and go to an event.

The host was very timely in responses. The starter supplies like coffee, cooking oils, etc. Also cleaning supplies and paper products. We only ran out of facial tissues. Loved an indoor garage for parking.

Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry was fully stocked with all the necessities provided to make us feel like home. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Wow this place is stunning! The art and the vibe really make it a cut above. We had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, plenty of room. The amenities are gorgeous too. Perfect downtown location for concerts.

We liked it so much that we reserved for the trip back into Salt lake we be coming back in a couple of months will see if it’s available then too. Don’t miss out on this one. You won’t be disappointed.

The suite was beautiful. The suite shows what a talented artist Mr Smith is. The art on the walls displays a beautiful picture of what Utah looks like. Makes you want to explore. Would definitely recommend the place.

Great location- Good response from owner- Realistic pricing - Terrace was good - pool and ping pong area was clean and well stocked. The fob situation in the lock box was unique, but we got the hang of it.

Visited SLC for 4 days. 2Br/2Bath apartment had everything one could need. Location is perfect, near both the Arena and Convention Center.

We loved the beautiful artwork in this suite! The apartment was very conveniently located within a short walk to our conference at the Salt Palace Convention Center. The place was very clean, comfortable, modern and well-maintained. We appreciated having access to the parking garage. All communication was clear, helpful and timely. We also really enjoyed the rooftop deck and clubhouse lounge areas. Overall a great stay and we would highly recommend it for business travelers.

If you like art you’ll love this 2Bdr 2 bth apartment in downtown Salt Lake City. The owner of the apartment displays his spectacular picture art throughout the apartment. Located in a building with many amenities- gym, lounge, underground parking, is in walking distance from the Delta Center. City creek center has many food and shopping options. Finally many ski centers are 45 minutes away.

The apartment is safe, clean and great location for many activities. The art is beautiful and a lovely bonus. The gym is nicer than most hotel gyms.

Close to so many things. Safe checkin. Only issue was the guest bed was not comfortable at all. Made for a long night.

I recently stayed at a beautifully appointed condo in Salt Lake City while in town for a medical procedure, and it was perfect. The space was thoughtfully designed with stunning artwork, high-end finishes, and a peaceful atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—close to downtown, the hospital, and even the Delta Center. We walked to the Delta Center to watch the Utah Jazz play, and it was a shorter distance than most people walked from parking!This condo exceeded all expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Salt Lake for work, leisure, or other reasons.

This was our first experience with VRBO and it could not have been better. The suite is amazing with all of the art and the host was great to work with.

The location was perfect for walking downtown to Temple Square, Planetarium, restaurants and the Delta Centre. The suite was exceptional in setup for cooking and sleeping. Very safe underground parking and access to fitness room, rooftop terrace, etc. Artwork was gorgeous as well. Property manager was very communicative throughout stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment at Skyhouse. The location was perfect. The communication with the host was clear and thorough. Had a great stay in downtown SLC. Great location for site seeing in downtown -- can easily walk or use the TRAX system. The condo has everything you need and beautiful artistic photos throughout. The building is very secure -- no one can get in without the key fob (several doors to go through with this). The only down side is we had one key fob and four people... Not that big of a deal for us, but if you are traveling with people who don't necessarily want to be all together all the time it could be a problem. The condo and building were very clean and we liked the rooftop patio area.

The property was safe for 5 girls! It was nice and decorated with beautiful taste. Ryan was very helpful on things to do locally. The guest bedroom bed was a little uncomfortable I would recommend a bed topper to fix that issue, literally my only complaint!
