The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. This two-bedroom one bath unit has a boho glam vibe much like the decadent peacock, who populates the unit with touches of feathery glam throughout.

Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.

Bathrooms have tub/shower and large 48″vanity, many with granite or quartz updates and new shower doors and updated fixtures.

The two bedrooms feature closets and 50″ TVs with one king bed per unit and the second bedroom typically having a queen bed or a pair of extra-long twin beds.

The furnishing appointments can be defined as executive upgraded with nicer large sectionals, abundant pillows, blankets, nice new mattresses that have been highly reviewed, and a kitchen with extra stock to include everything from your small appliances (toaster/coffee maker/blender/griddle) to extra wine glasses, pots and pans, big spoon drawer items etc.
