Take a 20 minute stroll to local shops and restaurants, or a 30 minute walk to the beautiful Puerto Duquesa with a wide range of international cuisine, or go watch the sun setover the port whilst sipping cocktails.

5 swimming pools with free sun-bathing loungers. One child's pool. All within a minute of the apartment, within the secure complex. Secure underground parking with a lift from car park to apartment-all very secure.

Our apartment is in Manilva, a 60 minute drive from Malaga airport (approx 90km) or a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar airport.

The apartment is within a 20-30 minute walk to the beach (3 minutes by car, with plenty of free parking). CAR IS RECOMMENDED.

Adjacent to, and overlooks a beautiful Duquesa golf course. Other golf courses within a 20 min drive include: Alemnara in Sotogrande (20 mins away), Alcaidesa Golf in San Roque (20 mins), El Paraisa in Estepona (15 mins); Dona Julia in Casares (10 mins).

The apartment boasts two generous sized bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, the other with two single beds. Two bathrooms with jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom, and walk in double shower in the second bathroom. Terrace with outside dining facilities. living room and main bedroom with a SEA VIEW and second bedroom overlooking the gorgeous tropical gardens.

Private terrace catches the morning sun,so you can have your morning coffee and enjoy the sea view.

The apartment is finished with fine marble throughout, and is fitted to a high specificity. It is finely furnished, and has all the 'home comforts' as well as necessities such as air conditioning, cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine . All linen and laundry costs are included in the price. During your stay, cleaning may be done at an additional cost.

    This appartment is a perfect spot. Perfect because it gives you what the advertisement says. Nice balcony with seaview, in the shade. Nice rooms with fine airco!! Good equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. There is a private parkingplace in the garage, nice! A minute walk to two great pools with sunbeds and umbrellas. Also the surroundings with a fine beach, good restaurants and a fine supermarket within 15 minutes. And a special tip: go to see Cadiz, 90 minutes drive but such a fine city! The owner has good info and the man on the spot, Tim, gives you good help if neccesary. So: a perfect spot for your holiday!!

    A spacious, well appointed apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need and a large balcony with great views. The pools are well kept, clean and a pleasure to use. We had one issue during our stay, when we couldn't get the oven to work. A quick message to the owner and she came straight back to me with instructions and also a call. Very quickly resolved! Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Have visited the Costa del Sol on numerous occasions and have always stayed between Fuengirola and Marbella. This was a totally new experience and would definitely repeat in the future. The apartment, although slightly off the beaten track, was still very easy to find and had pretty much everything you could possibly need. My only criticism, which hopefully the owners' agent has fed back to the owner is that there isn't kind of Welcome Manual in the apartment stating placement of rubbish bins, parking space number, local restaurants, etc. I have rented villas in Florida and also owned my own and the comprehensiveness of this manual was always commented on. Rest assured, we still had a great few days and Chanty (the owners agent) was extremely helpful. I definitely, recommend Las Delfines by the old castle in Duquesa and also Chirunguito Almarinja (Pepes Place) and the ice cream parlour on the promenade between Duquesa and Sabanillas.

    We recently returned from an 8 night stay in this great property with our two young girls. We arrived late at night and so followed the self check-in instructions which were perfectly easy to follow. The agent had messaged us a few days before our arrival with all the details. The apartment itself is very hard to fault, and we only had a few recommendations that are frankly quite minor. The main one being, the lack of a welcome guide, with info for local amenities, taxis, attractions etc, and instructions on some of the more hidden elements of the apartment like WiFi password, where to empty the rubbish bins etc. The first night we arrived, we thought we had no towels or extra pillows/bedding, but turns out the beds lift up, which we found out after querying with the agent the following day. Other minor things are, we had next to no toilet roll on arrival, and with 2 young children it wasn’t ideal. We had visited Duquesa previously so we fortunately knew the local area, but had we not, the lack of a guide or welcome book would have been a bit more severe. The pools are fantastic and our girls loved them, and they are monitored permanently by a life guard which is great. We hired a car and very glad we did, as the walk to the marina would have been a long one, and an extremely steep return. But there are taxis available locally at the marina. These really are minor points and I’m only mentioning them as it will help future guests. Snezana the owner, is extremely easy to talk to and was very responsive to messages. The balcony views are amazing and the local area is peaceful and very relaxing. Just what we were looking for! We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families and will probably stay again ourselves in the future. Thank you for a gorgeous relaxing stay!

    There is everything that you would need, rooms have plenty of storage and there is a utility room were the laundry machine is situated, that also includes the iron and ironing board. Bedrooms are clean and you will find everything you need. Nice table that could accommodate 6 people to sit at and plenty of space in the balcony overlooking the sea view. Overall the apartment is in a great location away from the busier tourist areas. The owner is very friendly and supportive.

    I was very satisfied with my stay. The Apartement is very good looked after and is very clean. The Pool is great and and the view from the balcony is just amazing and you view direct to the sea. If you want a silent place and not far from estepona and Marbella with good places to eat etc you should book this apartment. Once I am back in the Estepona Area I would with no doubt Book it again.
