Luxury Apartment Paris Louvre III

The apartment is absolutely fantastic. It is incredibly spacious for a Paris apartment, and has everything you need. It was well appointed with respect to linens and kitchen items. The Property Manager was fantastic. She was so pleasant and helpful. Both the Owner and Manager were so quick to repond to any queries. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my best VRBO stay ever! This apartment was everything we hoped and more! Check-in was a breeze, and Justher made sure we had everything we needed. The location literally cannot be beat. You can walk to so many restaurants, bars, markets, coffee shops, etc., plus the metro is so close. The apartment was so comfortable with such tasteful touches and beautiful decor. The bed was comfortable, and we were surprised by how quiet it was and how well we slept. The shower size and water pressure were fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the fridge was great for storing snacks and wine.

Perfect location, 20 minute walk to everywhere!

The apartment was lovely and immaculate. The check in went smoothly and, because there we no booking the day we left, the host graciously allowed us to stay an hour or two longer, closer to our flight home. Area is great and very lively with some excellent restaurants. Also convenient to Starbucks (how American, I know!), bakeries and supermarkets. We would not hesitate to book again and hopefully we will be back before the end of this year!

The property was beautiful and the location was great. Easy access to trains, restaurants, shopping, and other major sites. I would highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vincent’s apartment in the Saint Denis area. So much to do! Great restaurants, shops and bars in the neighbourhood. The building is secure and full of character. The windows closed nicely to dampen outside sounds for a better sleep. The blackout drapes and comfy bed were a huge bonus after our longhaul flight from British Columbia, Canada. The bedding was scrumptious! Justher met and welcomed us at the suite. She is fabulous. She hurried so we could checkin early as we were so tired. Such a sweet person. And the apartment was spotless! The decor, attention to detail, champagne and chocolate were so nice. Thank you again Vincent for a lovely trip to Paris. Our second and hopefully not our last! Marilee & Doug

This is a top notch luxury apartment, super clean and comfortable, recently renovated, very well located. Kitchen is well equipped. Photos are accurate.

The unit is well designed and equipped, super decorative scheme, comfortable and roomy. Management is accessible and helpful. The best we have seen in Europe. Fun location. Will certainly return if the opportunity presents itself.

We’ll designed with lots of light, plenty of storage and lovely blend of modern and traditional. Thoughtful selection and high quality fittings even down to to the bathroom trash bin! Checkin with Pacy very smooth and questions answered. Apartment faces pedestrian street with shops and restaurants but as a light sleeper I had no problem. I was hesitant to book as only 2 reviews (though both excellent). But I would not hesitate to highly recommend to others and return again.
