Stayed Sep 19, 2023Good location, very spacious apartment with easy access to close by restaurants and attractions. Stephan was very helpful on check-in. A/C was a little hard to operate and the stairs are quite a challenge, especially dragging luggage upstairs. Parking on street was close. Older building and furnishings but comfortable.

Stayed Oct 12, 2022The apartment is beautiful and very clean. The apartment is large with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area, separate dining area, an office, laundry room and large kitchen. The ocean is walking distance. Barrachina Bianca is a lovely cafe for coffee and is about 1/2 mile north of the property on Viale Italia. Wonderful host who is easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
