Luxury Apartment in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace with large private terrace.

We had an incredible stay at this location in Split. Baldo, the property manager was absolutely incredible and helped us navigate a driver from the airport and met us at the palace walls and helped bring our luggage to the rental. We were absolutely floored when we walked in and saw how big the patio was knowing we would enjoy that space. There are two very large bedrooms and three separate bathrooms that were absolutely outstanding. The amenities and furnishings in this location are top notch and I must give it up to Nicolina for the cleanliness absolutely spotless. We absolutely love that we were staying within the palace walls and really enjoyed how the area is pedestrian traffic only. Just cut down on noise although there was a small bar below my dad‘s bedroom with sometimes kept him up at night. The windows were incredibly soundproof once you closed them. Don’t think twice about booking the space. Although three of us were traveling, we did think we would need a third bedroom, but my sister and I were more than happy to share the second bedroom with two separate mattresses. Baldo was able to help us navigate where the best restaurants were to go to, the best tour operators, and the most important things to see while in town. He even sit us up with his friend, who picked us up from the airport to also drive us down to Dubrovnik to continue our holiday. Would highly recommend his friend Ante for a drive as he made us all feel safe while also giving us a tour. $40 from air

WOW is all my family and I could say when we entered this home! It's in the heart of Diocletian's Palace, super clean, well equipped and very spacious. The terrace is a major plus and we loved spending time out there every chance we got. Thea, property owner, was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions. Baldo, property manager, was excellent and we really appreciated him taking the time to give us a quick overview of the city with recommendations for sightseeing & dining. This place is well worth it and you will not be disappointed.

The hosts were amazing! We had some family issues prior to our trip and they were very sympathetic and accommodating. The property managers, Baldo and Nickolina, were beyond gracious. They were very communicative. Baldo arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. All were spot on!

This is an excellent property. It is spotlessly clean and has all that you need. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. Baldo and Nickolina were brilliant - helpful with information and close by if needed.

Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

This was the Perfect place to stay while in Split! To be in the Heart of the Palace was wonderful and close to so much. The place was clean and beyond charming!! AND you will not find a better apartment manager than Baldo!!! He could not have been more helpful!!!

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment! We used the living room area as a third bedroom and had plenty of room using the lovely outdoor balcony. The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Baldo was amazing, he helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out and was quick to respond to any of our questions! Superb

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay in Split was, and much of that was because of this property. Everything was exactly as the pictures on the listing show, the apartment is beautiful, clean and well kept. We utilized both the bedrooms as well as the pullout couch. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. The outdoor space was wonderful, you could feel the energy of split when sitting outside (and I mean this in the best way) but inside was so quiet you would never know you were in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace. And about that, you truly can not beat this location. It is unbelievable and you won’t understand how unbelievable it is until you arrive. To add on to all the reasons this is a great place to stay Baldo, the property manager, was so helpful throughout our stay. He even drove us to the airport and offered interesting information about Split along the way. Do not hesitate to book this property!

This is a spacious and nicely decorated apartment in the best part of Split. A renovated old building. Very good for a family with grown kids. The hosts are Nikolina and Bardo which is the best couple as host that we have ever meet. Good and often communication before and during arrival and stay - very responsive. Nikolina gave us good advice for small local restaurants with very fine food - and advice for view-points. Give Nikolina and Baldo a tip, they deserve it. The apartment was very clean.

We had a fab time. The place is nicer than the photos and Baldo the host was brilliant. The location could not be better. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone coming to this bit of Croatia.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! The hosts, Baldo and Nikolino, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive! They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including a free parking spot just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Amazing apartment in the Old Town. Brilliant location. The apartment is filled with character and has heaps of space. Our group of 5 really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. The terrace was a perfect place to relax. Baldo and Nikolina were so friendly and so helpfull and responded to any queries straight away. Thank you so much and can’t wait to return!

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Stay was great! Nikolina and Baldo took great care of us. Baldo took 2 couples on a walking tour. We were a party of 6 adults - 3 couples. You are right in the castle with everything all around you. Great stay!

There are not enough wonderful things to say about every aspect of this trip. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The place was immaculately clean. The placement was superb as it was situated directly inside of the palace walls. Easy walking distance to everything. but the most priceless ammenity to this property was Baldo and Nikolina, the property managers. There wasn't anything they didn't help with, whether it was figuring out how to use the washing machine or how to tell the tour driver where to pick us up they were beyond helpful. I would book there again in a hot minute. You won't regret any part of it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for our family of 6 adults.

The property and location were magical. A beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in the heart of so much history. And Baldo was responsive with great food and activity trips. We wish we were staying longer. December is a great time to be in Split.

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

This property is all you see here and more ! It is HUGE and very beautiful. There is everything you could possibly need and the location is amazing 😍 Baldo is a very attentive host who could not have done more for us. We would stay here again and again !

We loved this place. The location is brilliant, right within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It’s well maintained. The outdoor patio is a big plus. Two comfortable bedrooms and a pullout couch for two more. Great efficiency kitchen and a big dining table for meals. And three bathrooms with showers in each. The owners are great and very knowledgeable about the area. There is a magic to the neighborhood.

Perfect location within Old Town despite the insane crowds just outside our door during our August visit. Virtually no noise with the windows closed and the a/c on. The apartment was immaculate. Plenty of room to spread out. My adult son slept on the pullout couch and reported it to be very comfortable, as were all the beds. Baldo could not have been more charming and gracious.
