Stayed Aug 2, 2019A great modern apartment and pool. This is a private complex that does not provide sunbeds around the pool. The owner of the apartment also does not provide any sunbeds to carry to the pool, guests therefore need to use a towel and lie on the artificial grass ( very uncomfortable) On our visit we also did not have towels for the room despite repeated requests for them. The apartment also has great underground parking facilities which is a must in this area. The apartment is situated in the heart of La Mata but a car is desirable to explore the local area.

Stayed May 30, 2018The location of the apartment was perfect, it was close by to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment was lovely, it was fully equipt with everything you needed. It was very spacious for myself, husband and 2 children aged 6 and 8. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, a bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed and there was also a washing machine and dishwasher which came in handy. The balcony was very spacious for us all to sit out on with views of the sea. The grounds of the apartment were kept very well, nice and tidy and lovely pool area with pool attendant. We found that there was very good security with codes and keys to get into the car park, apartment grounds and lift area. We really did have a lovely holiday and enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment. The owner of the apartment was very helpful and I would like to say that I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The apartment is modern and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The complex is well maintained and very safe. Centrally located, the apartment was perfect for the beach and local shops bars and restaurants. Bus is easy to catch. Easy to get around by car from this location. I found Jose-carlos to be extremely helpful during our booking stage and whilst at the apartment. We would happily stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very clean apartment in a new smart complex with parking underground. Apartment on 3rd Floor(piso) but 2 lifts(ascensores). Apartment on North(norte) side of building = shaded(sombreado) side BUT sun(Sol) shines directly into apartment at dawn for a short time. In December & January the apartment does not gain any warmth from the sun (falte caliente del Sol) - we were away during the days so only used (necessita) heating about 2 hours an evening (caliente 2 horas cada noche). Owner was easily contacted and very helpful but it is clear that electric costs are a concern as the key holder told us 80kwh on the meter per week was included - we tried to respect that but it would be difficult for anyone spending more of the day in the flat or doing any cooking. We would easily recommend this flat and the very nice owner. Thank you.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Holiday was successful and the apartment excellent, like promised in the Homeaway offer. The apartment and environment was clean, well maintained and location is very nice.
