LUXURY APARTMENT GIVING UP ON THE BEACH

The property was in a great location for getting around and seeing the island. Would highly reccomened renting a car as the roads are great and the parking is shaded. The gate staff were incredible friendly. The property itself is a great space with lots of room. Great sized rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, aircon and fans, there is also a safe in one of the rooms. Nice big sofa, dining table inside and out, and chill area. Bath and Beach towels are provided which is really helpful, although we were there for over a week and they were not changed so worth being mindful that this is not included in the cleaning service. The cleaners came 3 times during our 8 day stay. There is a lovely garden area with direct views to the sea and pool which are stunning. I would say the property could do with some upkeep in the bathrooms and proper deep clean. Make sure to buy loo role as we only had half a roll in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. We assumed this would be replaced by the cleaners but it was not. Not an issue but would have been good to know. That being said we would 100% go back and stay and I would recommend this property to others. We feel very lucky to have had a chance to stay at this property and the views and locations are amazing!

We loved the apartment - it's bright, airy, spacious and beautifully situated next to both a gorgeous pool and the sea. The sea views and sunsets are magnificent. Jean-Claude is a great host and Pratima and Cindy were very friendly. The location is central and close to all amenities - we really had a wonderful time and would love to return.

This is quite possibly the best apartment to stay in. The views are superb. The apartment was clean with every amenity available. Located close to coffee shops and supermarkets. The host was a delight to deal with ensuring we had everything that we needed. Without doubt we will be returning - thank you

I had an amazing time staying at this beautiful holiday apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail throughout the space really made it feel like a home away from home.The location was perfect – quiet and peaceful, yet close to all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. I especially appreciated the lovely balcony where I could enjoy my morning coffee with a view.Our host was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always available for any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable.I would not hesitate to book this place again and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect holiday getaway.

The Location of the Apartment in La Preneuse is great. Direct on the Sea. 6 Restaurants and 2 Supermarkets in 10 minutes in walking distance.

It might be the best location on the island. The apartment was spacious and the service superb. Some details like the showers needed some maintenance, but who cares? Good restaurants in between walking distance, one even just down a beach walk.

Very enjoyable stay. The location is great, on the beach with easy water access, as well as the pool. Restaurants and grocery shops in walking distance. The unit is well positioned in the block, with great facilities. We will be back!

Our Vaciation in was great again. The location of the Apartment is perfect an direct on the Sea. The Owner, Jean Claud, allways friendly and helpful had small repairs done straight away. Only the weather was not so perfect with two cyclones in 3 weeks ...?

Overall, we were thrilled by the very nice welcome from Jean Claude and the very nice accommodation in which we felt very comfortable. Everything was 100% okay, we can absolutely recommend it.
