Great location

Perfect location very very clean. Appreciate this day. This worked perfect for our outing.

The place is decorated nicely but was not clean. It was very dusty. The lights over the kitchen island were so dirty that we were reluctant to use the island to prepare or eat meals there. There was hair in all the bathrooms.. floors, vanity & sinks along with dried urine that was on the upstairs toilet base when we arrived. There was also dust or a spider web hanging from the upstairs bedroom ceiling. My family travelled to Columbus for a procedure my granddaughter had at Nationwide Children’s. We had to wear masks & could not have the owner re-clean and risk the baby being exposed to people coming in. The owner refused a partial refund because they did not have the opportunity to come in and re-clean. It should have been properly cleaned in the first place. Who wants to deal with cleaners, etc. after having paid & settled in?

The apartment/condo was very nice. It was clean and spacious. The views were beautiful. The pool and pool area were perfect. The gym was excellent quality. The hosts were very nice. Check in/out was extremely simple. The garage key didn’t work but I was informed ahead of time that that might be the case. And it turned out that parking in the leasing office lot was very convenient anyway. It’s very close to several restaurants and attractions.The only downsides were a few minor amenities that could have been better provided such as extra toilet paper and trash bags which we ended up having to purchase ourselves. There was only one towel and wash cloth per person available. No dish towels or cloths in the kitchen. There weren’t very many plates and glasses either. Small things like that which didn’t detract from the stay, but if I were to come back, I would just go ahead and bring these things myself. Overall it was the perfect place for us to stay. If we ever come back to Columbus I would definitely stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone, and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. The unit felt secure, and we appreciated the quiet surroundings.That said, a few things could be improved. The kitchen wasn’t very well stocked—especially if you’re traveling with kids or plan to cook meals. The upstairs loft got pretty hot at night, making it less comfortable as a sleeping space. We also had some difficulty with the key and garage fob—they didn’t always work consistently, which made coming and going a bit frustrating.Still, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the home’s charm and layout. With a few updates, it could be a five-star stay!

Overall, not a very welcoming place to stay. If you are just looking for a convenience place to sleep, it's fun. But if you are looking for welcoming and homey, this isn ot it. As a previois reviewer stated, there are only 5 plates for a place that sleeps 6. There are no clothes hangers, no clocks, no pot holders. So for our family, not a great place. But if clean and convenient are all that's important, it should work for you.

Very nice apartment close to everything. Apartment was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was as we expected. Very quiet stay and everyone that we did come across was super respectful. Close location to everything. Including some food. Gorgeous view of the city.

Great location, great condo in a very nice building. Unit is clean and spacious.

We arrived for our 4pm check in. The lock box with the key was empty. There was no one around to help. Over an hour later a maintenance worker told us to go to the unit and he would let us in. To our surprise there was someone else already in the property. They rebooked us in another home 16 minutes away from the location we picked. We did not get to the home and checked in until after 6pm and missed our dinner reservations for my son’s birthday. This has been the worst Vrbo experience we have ever had.

Nice quiet place that was perfect for my family. The only thing I would change is giving more than one key fob per apartment for places with more than 1 bedroom. There were many times some of us had to stay at place due to other members being out and taking the key fob with them.

Clean, as expected, no problems. Would stay again.

The good—mattresses, pillows, sheets, and towels are comfortable and decent quality. The central location makes shopping and tourism in other parts of the city doable. H2H contact (Tom) was helpful when we had questions. Less than good—Hall bathroom had no working outlet and bad lighting. The kitchen has very basic equipment and only three coffee cups and no wine glasses. No kitchen towels and lack of knives. Time to take inventory and restock.
